    I would want to see the final production piece before deciding. Right now I feel the Fanstoys version is too simple for my tastes, but a nice paint job can change my opinion quite easily.

    I love MMC's Ravage. I quite enjoy their Frenzy and Rumble.
    But for me, their Laserbeak and Buzzsaw are WAY too large. Those two, and Ratbat, work a lot better for me in Takara's small size.

    Not sure how FT's cassette's will go at this stage. They look good but making things that small and with great detail, is a little out of FT's roundhouse so I'm still unsure how they'll turn out.

    There are some characters I do not mind owning multiple iterations of and Soundwave is one, along with Prime & Brawn.

    Give me an Animation accurate IronHide...and I'd also consider it...:rolleyes:

    I have more 3P figures than I do official TT MP, haha. I'm just saying, it's gotta be a crazy low price like 100 USD for me to go in on AcousticWave since I like MP13's design as is.

    Hmm, I love the Make Toys seekers, so I'm definitely not against toon accuracy, just that Acoustic wave looks a little plain, but we'll see how it turns out. I'll have to check out the MMC Rumble frenzy cause they look great.

    This right here. So much this! MP was so much better before some knucklehead looked at the cartoon and was like, "so we're doing a pretty good job of capturing these character designs in our toys but what if we abandoned the realistic vehicle modes, made everything look simple and basic, and tried capturing that awful animation style and errors as well?"

    For me, even if I weren't happy with mp13, even if I loved the aesthetics of Acoustic Wave, even if I had complete confidence that FT would knock it out of the park, even if I was 100% A-Ok with whatever FT is going to charge for him, there'd still be a major deal breaker for me and that's the tape door. Having part of his surrounding chest open with it is completely unacceptable. I usually pose Soundwave with his tape door open and FT's just looks awful with the door open.

    Also, is there something wrong with the acoustic wave thread? This whole discussion would've fit just fine in there without needing a new thread.
