    That's retail price so probably good to pull the trigger if you need him. I doubt you will find it cheaper

    Yeah, that's a fair price. I'm not sure if they'll do another reissue, either.

    Still haven't grabbed myself one of these bad boys yet.
    To anyone that owns / owned both FT-10 and FT-10X I have a couple of questions.
    1- Without taking cost into account and purely on cosmetics which one they prefer?
    2- Is anyone happy they spent the extra on FT-10X over the original?

    Cost aside the X version is better. The red parts are consistent and very well done and the pearl paint looks really nice even if its only sublte. When the light hits it has a very nice sheen.
    That said if you dont want to spend the coin the standard version is still pretty flawless.

    Idk what happens with this hobby in the future, I'm legitimately grateful that FT did this figure. That was an itch needing scratching for 30 some years and they nailed it

    I have had both and the X version is the one I like. The red paint on the backpack looks much more premium compared to the unpainted plastic on the regular release. The pearl look is nice on the X but its the red paint that makes me like it more than the original release.
