Thought there are 4 visors altogether according to ShowZ website.
Then there is only the silver faceplate missing.

 

@Mercat Lol I've had Metallic Grassor this whole time. Bought it day one for a very nice price of $120 back then Haha. Just waiting on Metallic Superator to close this chapter once and for all

Sure does. Looks like it doesn't. I'm thinking foil tape or just spraying them silver. Guess it wouldn't hurt to reach out to Gigapower on this. On the other hand it comes with the fire sculpts which aren't supposed to come with the chrome versions.

Remove the tail and perfecto. Cleaner look and more space. Now i'm thinking to get another set for dino mode , but my wallet keep screaming noooooooo.

 

Excited to know that the metallic Grassor reissue is coming soon at showz..the question is, will he have a silver thigh with him? no idea with the first run..

 

@Mercat Genuinely happy for you bud! I just checked ShowZ and IMO it should come with the Silver thighs but I notice in the descriptions it isn't listed unfortunately. Fingers crossed for you and anyone else on the Reissue for the Silver thighs/flame parts

The first run of Metallic Grassor had the silver thighs and flame effects. That's why I picked it up over the Chrome Version and Fanstoys Scoria. I'm hoping you guys get that too. When I spoke with Gigapower, they said that they were going to sell those separately for Chrome Version owners. But that was years ago and I always take anything from 3rd party manufacturers with a grain of salt.

 

i asked GP..they just said the first run came with silver thighs..so hopefully it will be the same on the reissue, fingers crossed..

 

Yikes man. I seriously dunno what's with this reissue as I noticed it doesn't even list the Silver Horns and Flame parts along the thighs. Fingers crossed for you guys though.

 

was the silver thighs built in the figure when you got it or did you had to swap it on?

 

Lol it was awhile ago but if I recall I did swap them out as it came with Blk thighs installed. Tbh I don't even remember if I bought Grassor from Toy Dojo or ShowZ. It's a blur to me Haha

 

@Mercat I've also been checking other retailers and none mention those Silver pieces but are using pics of him with the Silver Pieces. If all fails I would just paint it myself. It isn't as difficult as trying paint Superators/Grimlocks Rex eyes (Which I'm still contemplating)

 

I remember asking Terry from terrytfsclub when the reissue was first announced if it would come with the flame effects and he said it will, so there is that

 

I remember swapping out the factory thighs and horns for the silver ones. Horns were easy, but the thighs you needed to take apart pieces to access the thighs

 

@Cold Yea we'll see how it plays out. It's funny bc originally when ShowZ had the Pre-orders up it did list the Silver parts but now it doesn't mention it. I'm actually wondering if the Reissue Guttur came with the flame pieces or not.
