    I feel bad that I didn't go for the preorder to get his axe, but I'm liking how he's developing as of now. I think he and Megatron may be my "to-get" list when they get near completion to complement their Masterpiece counterparts.

    So we got a look at Optimus after TFCon. Interesting new bits of info. It turns out the Jetfire kit is still coming and it might get shown.

    I’m also weirdly digging how white the eyes are when they’re not on. He feels kinda ghostly. But in a more heroic and higher powered way.

    This is one of those designs, that at first glance I didn't like. Then the painted prototype pics came out, and it just stuck in my mind. Now, Pre-ordered :) . I have both versions of Drift, so I might as well add this one to my collection. I can't wait to see the Nemesis Prime repaint that is inevitable. It is more than likely however, that a Shattered Glass repaint will come next.

    These non-transforming Transformers seem to be a trend that is here to stay. We are seeing more and more of them. Banana Force recently released their RID Fire Convoy and TryAce recently debuted their XM studios statue inspired OP. If you are a bayverse fan, 3A toys has you covered.

    I decided to throw together a picture of the other non-transforming Optimus Prime figures (G1 style).

    A designer from fans toys must got in on the design process, and was like, "If I am not driving people crazy with asymmetrical leg joints, then I am not doing my job."
