Good luck to everyone tomorrow, I hope they don't screw up the timing like they did with Hulk and keep it at 12 Eastern or, as it seems to be 1158!

I'm lucky, I set my alarm for 1155 Eastern, logged in to my pulse account, logged into PayPal, checked in here to see if they were up went to Pulse and saw "add to cart!"

Heart sank when I got a "too many people trying to buy right now, please wait for payment processing" was sure that meant I was out. But then payment loaded, selected PayPal, agreed and boom. Done.

For a few minutes afterwards I was sure I'd actually ordered the regular version but no, he's not on the site.

Ok mission accomplished, time to try to get back to sleep!

Ugh, no, I was dumb and forgot to pick him up, lol. Tried to l.have them let me back in the line immediately afterwards. No. By the time general public could shop he was gone.

Glad I got one but had I not, I had only myself to blame.

 

I wonder if tomorrow will be slightly slower because more people signed up for premium.

 

Sadly I don't think so, you'll be fending off the secondary accounts of many who are cheating the system to get as many as they can to resell. The normal people like me will be leaving spots for others, of course, but sadly there are too many who are just out to make a quick buck  
Only advice would be to be fast and we'll be hoping for you bro.

FWIW, I did call customer service about the Fett going live at 11:58 PM ET, sold out at 11:59 PM ET, available again at 12:00/12:01 PM ET. I'm not sure if it will help at all, but explained that I had Fett processing in Paypal and then sold out when it put me back at Hasbro to complete. Which by itself is fine, but it's a problem when a min later it becomes available again. I actually was able to add it to my cart a 2nd time. That's BS when I know they have stock set aside for tomorrow. Had there not been an error like that, I would've been able to complete my order.

The rep was nice but it took him a couple of min to understand the problem. People have been slamming their CS with BS calls whining about being cart jacked etc. So, he jumped right to the conclusion that I was just calling to complain about the cart jack. Anyway, once I could get him to listen to me, he was super understanding and felt bad.

None of this is the end of the world, but I thought I'd call them and share so that they can iron out those issues in the future. I wonder how many of you all had that happen to them and never realized that it went back up as available a second time? Hopefully, he does the right thing and passes to someone who cares enough to look into it.
