If we're going to see more G2 repaints in the future I wouldn't be opposed to a G2 Starscream repaint out of the Siege Seeker mold.

I want Grandus.

 

Do you really? I'd love a Grandus but there are few people alive today who have a connection to him let alone know who he is etc. You should let Hasbro know that there is a market for him. It is my hope that they will eventually get around to him, maybe in 20 to 30 years from now

 

Show them how outrageously rediculous and impossible to please, that's right let them know it's impossible to please the fandom and make a profit.

 

That pic is a bad example, because Snarl is bigger than Grimlock, and Steeljaw is 2/3 the size of Grimlock. Scale in the cartoon was very inconsistent.

I actually prefer him Marvel sized. Blaster was too big to fit inside of him and he could carry Darkwing and Dreadwind in his paws. I’d say that’s commander sized.



Regardless, Hasbro is going to do what they want. I still predict Titan Scorponok, Commander Sky Lynx, and Leader Doubledealer.

 

i mean scaling based on the marvel sizes could also give us a titan skylynx based on how big dreadwind and darkwing are depicted here

 

*throws hands in the air* I don’t even plan on buying Sky Lynx no matter what size he is  

 

commander or titan i'll probably be buying him regardless if he gets made, i think the only solid position for skylynx's size is the official statement by hasbro "he can be both" essentially, there is so much inconsistency with his size across media that reasonable arguments can be made for both.  
personally i'm more aligned with the titan camp.

 

I hope they release a new Titan every year. Really loving the base building and the “masters” my son and I are having a blast. (To be fair we just got into transformers and playing catch-up on buying the other titans)

Recall that my post said it was based upon preproduction scale chart(a physical paper with character height/size that is unchanging) and consistent scale (the consistent size shown,IE not 2 or 3 animation errors, no error frames etc) for example, if Sky-Linx in 20 episode is (size L) but in 2 episodes in a couple frames he is (size M), consistently would be with size L. People are too obsessed with animation errors and claim G1 scale is all wacky, it's not, it's the animation that is the issue, not the axake etc. As for Steeljaw, why even bring him up? All cassettes mass shift constantly and their animation can be subject to errors etc but ultimately its about Grimlock and Sky Lynx
Found this pic that has a scale in it with Grimlock and co, Jetfire etc and based on this, Sky Lynx, being larger than Grim and Jetfire should be Titan, we know hes more than 3x Grim etc

In terms of snarl, hes closer to the camera, of course he looks bigger.

I plan to start writing letters to Hasbro soon so I can let them know that there is at least one fan of Grandus out there. I need someone my Micromasters can hide in that isn't Trypticon.

I'd be in for a Grandus/Sky Garry/Star Convoy 3 pack. No idea on absolute scale (JG1 is nuts), but all three at the old Ultra class would probably work with the micromasters
