I was there last night, still there. No Soundwaves though. Brickseek said they had 3 but Walmart.com says there aren't any within 50 miles of me

A few other common siege and Studio series but not much.
I just left 2nd Chance Toys in Glen Burnie. They have a ton of G1 loose and a few in box G1 stuff. Also walking around there I seen a lot of Beast Wars, Armada, Power of the Primes and a bunch of other Transformers stuff. It even looked like the have a few masterpiece boxed figures and a couple Masterpiece figures that are loose. Even if you are looking for GI Joe, Star Wars, Power Rangers, wrestling figures, horror figures and just about any thing else toy related they might have what you're looking for. I'm taking up some Kiss stuff to sell to feed my Transformers addiction. LOL

 

What kind of MP stuff?

 

Saw WFC Siege figures for the first time at a Walgreens today. Union Station (DC) has two refractors and a red alert currently. Hopefully that’s a sign that ratchet will start showing up soon.

 

At about 5PM yesterday, White Marsh Target had two Seeker 3 packs, and a bunch of Minicon 10 packs. There's a bunch of other stuff there too, but nothing really super new or hard to find elsewhere I think.

 

Part 2 of my DC Walgreens sightings: Metro Center Walgreens has one each of Hound, Red Alert, and Brunt. So, it seems like Wave 3 is the case assortment DC WGs are getting right now.

 

Wal-Mart in Fruitland south of Salisbury has 1 Siege Jetfire on clearance for $45. Box is very damaged.

I posted this in the Target thread too but if anyone’s local Target has a Siege Shockwave that you are interested in picking up on sale, they will price match Target.com which currently has him listed for $39.49. So 20% off.

 

Most will. There are sadly a few Walmart and Target locations that do not price match (even their own site). I seriously hope everyone gets Shockwave though, such a good figure.

 

Catonsville is still showing 2 jetfires on brickseek but I'll be damned if I could find thrm in store

 

Saw the studio series Prime with the cylinder weapons portion of the trailer at multiple Walmarts for $49.00 & decided to pick up one in part because of its integration with my huggable ss jetfire, and that trailer transformation/storage of weapons was one of the few beyformers interpretations/updates I felt was well done in the movies; but I’m wondering if this double zero ending in price means it would be one of the first on the Walmart clearance chopping block.

Also saw the new(?) ss45 drift and boy, did I think the siege line was getting smaller...

 ... he’s even shorter than the sideswipe mold!?! 

 

Which Walmart’s have that Prime?

 

The ones outside of the pink box of DC are typically the ones I work into commuting routes. The ones circled in green are the two I went to today, and they both had him.


What I gathered soon after starting to peruse this thread a few years ago, was that many people here are in the north eastern Maryland/bmore area, so I typically didn’t check stores in that area as I assumed there were plenty of collectors checking. However last week when I heard about Walmart’s $45 jetfire, marvel retro, 2-pack and 80th clearances, and seeing brickseek showing in stock for multiple locations up that way, I decided to test my luck but struck out at each location from laurel and northward... on all fronts of the aforementioned figures.
 
Lesson learned gentlemen, lesson learned.

 

Conversely, his vehicle mode (Drift's) is nearly Voyager sized.

 

He may be smaller, I don’t know as I don’t have the SS/RA molds, but A) SS Drift is awesome and B) you do realize that all this picture shows is how differently they are packaged, right?

Drift’s head and feet are clearly lower in the box than RA’s.
