Just curious, they went from Cab Gibran to God Ginrai, it can't be configured as Super Ginrai?

 

I have the previous version of this figure, and to be honest I\'m quite dissapointed with it, the Plastic Quality is just blah i already have stress marks just from transforming it over and over i know its suppose to be a collectors item but I\'m just the type of person that likes to transform his figures but also too its Perfect Effects their plastic quality to me feels more Modelers\' plastic but thats just me though however it does looks awesome

Jetforce Revive Commander is my figure of the year. It is simply awesome. I will buy this new one and whatever other repaints or remolds they put out. That\'s how good it is.

 

Because they did it 2 years ago during titans return and legends respectively

 

I dunno, I think a powermaster version would have been better than a ginrai version, the blue arms and legs leave it feeling too bland for my state in combined mode

I really liked the original version apart from the cheesy flames on the chest and shoulder parts so I should be all over this one....BUT...I wish it had that metallic finish of the original DAMMIT!!!

 

As nice as this looks, I\'ll stick with my TT Godmaster version with PE add-ons, thanks.

 

The core robot is about the same height as Siege Optimus.

Anyway, while I do like Ginrai ( I bought a lot of them over the last few years), I'm not really feeling this one. I'm more than happy with my Jetforce version.

 

Is there a Super Ginrai / Powermaster Prime mode, or does it just jump directly from Ginrai / Optimus Prime to God Ginrai / Apex Armour?

 

I’m not buying a Powermaster OP/Ginrai figure, 3rd party or official, until they make one that doesn’t have a fake chest.

 

I..... what? The design itself, from the original G1 AND animation, has a fake chest on the core robot mode. It's part of the design. It's always been part of the design. Nobody's gonna make one that doesn't because then it wouldn't be Powermaster Prime/Ginrai.

 

This guy looks so good! I really want it!!

 

I'm tempted, but I think I'd rather the movie version. Since I never touch a movie Jetfire, jetpower is more unique to me. I wish had known they were doing this before I got all their add-ons for the HasTak version (who I'm looking to sell; message if interested).

 

I don't think it does, just from looking at the pictures anyway. Almost like more of a fan repaint being sold at retail rather than a 'proper' Ginrai > Super Ginrai > God Ginrai. Which I'm fine with, seeing as how I love almost any toy of the character.

Edit - though, now that I look at it a bit more, I guess you could just attach the leg parts and *maybe* move the dual cannons from the legs to the shoulders and 'pretend' it is a reasonable facsimile of good ol' Super G.

So many add ons, too. I almost went for the Takara mold (I still really like the Super Ginrai mode as much as Thunder Manus, but for different reasons), but when I added up all the PC add on kits, I was like ''yikes! I just want a self contained/everythings already included set!''

 

Okay this is sweet, feels weird though. That’s all I gotta say.
