This kit seems to be mostly for the Takara set, if I understand correctly. In order to have both plates on the chest you have to have two headmaster to attach them to, and then you also need the headmaster for overlords head. I just have the American version, is there any easy way to have the plates in the chest and overlords regular head?
the plates should work on almost any titanmaster. hasbro did release a giga and mega titanmaster, they just come with overlord and sky shadow. there is also a shapeways piece that faceplates can be attached to that im hoping will work with the overlord and sky shadow faces, here is a link to that Titan Master Head Saver by WindbladeZero on Shapeways
So update, the titan master head saver parts don’t work with leader faces, so if the shockwaves lab powermasters plates fit on the hasbro giga and mega I’ll probably just glue the faces into the helmets, my kit with the engine plates should show up today!
Man I really hate to be that guy but does anyone have a link or something to the SL-16 chest plate kit? I cannot find it anywhere
Transformers Shockwave Lab SL-25 Weapon Upgrade kit for LG60 Overlord In stock | eBay I think you mean sl-25, that’s the one with the powermaster plates for the titanmasters, unless you mean the one that is just the covers
I gues Shapeways is the only option right now, if you're willing to customize. TR: PowerLord Powermasters Mega Giga by cnomis on Shapeways
DSA Transformers Titans Return Overlord chest cannon inserts. | eBay I purchased these to upgrade my figure. Fit nice and snugly and look great.
I just bought an LG60 Overlord and the SL-25 kit a few days ago and they both dropped off yesterday. Bad news is, my Mega and Giga have their screws so worn down that the faces are impossible to remove. If anybody has an LG60 and are fine with Giga and Mega being Headmasters, I'd be happy to trade mine with yours, so long as their screws are in good condition.
Well, I finally figured something out. I ended up forcing the faces off by drilling through the dulled screws. Now I ran into an even stranger problem. Now that I'm trying to actually use the upgrade as intended, how in the world are you supposed to fit this thing in? Whatever I do, it just bends to a different direction, and there doesn't seem to be anywhere that it's supposed to properly lock in. Even if I just left it there, the helmet won't even go down. Help?
