sans smash brothers

 

So something I thought of. This kind of deconfirms any Undertale characters because the Megalovania remix is in the "others" soundtrack catagory. Dang.... But at least I got Sans. Good remix btw.

 

The Terry reveal was awesome. Had me laughing!

 

So has anyone come up with what moves to use for the Sans mii fighter? Im trying to work out what would be the most accurate move set to replicate his in game stuff.

I mean, yeah, Terry reveal was awesome, I'm reasonably sure I'm going to be nothing but happiness by being able to play Banjo in Smash Bros after all this time

This is the ultimate crossover event. Nothing will ever come close.

 

The other forums are talking about if terry has both male and female forms as a alt. Funny thing is most smash fans in the talk wanted both.

Also who is the bird girl? There are people upset she didn't get in. Don't know her. Guess the female fighter rumor was false. However Nintendo is getting complaints over no female dlc on the boards. Even gamexplain called Nintendo out on it!

Nakoruru from Samurai Showdown. I don't know much about the series, but she is apparently popular enough she basically usurped the role of main character away from the actual main character

A rumour popped up suggesting it was going to be a female character with a flying weapon that people would be surprised by, and adding on the SNK symbol that Nintendo themselves leaked, a lot of people suspected she'd be in due to being popular and having a unique moveset in the form of "Bird"

 

Yeah. Back around the Dreamcast era, Nakoruru was usually the character of choice if they wanted a Samurai Showdown character represented in something, like the Capcom VS SNK games.

Seeing Mamahaha miss and that long shot of a dejected Nakoruru cracked me up, but not as much as Geese.

 

Banjo feels strange to me. Like usually, the DLC newcomers have had some sort of gimmick (Cloud's Limit, Bayonetta's combo system, Joker's Arsene, etc.) that made them really damn good in competitive play. Banjo has... nothing. But I think that's a great thing, since he feels like a base roster type of character that's really easy to pick up.

 

How many fighters ya think will be in the next set? Think it’ll be another five?

 

i'm having a hard ass time learning banjo. i feel like all his attacks are quick hit but leave you open to getting punished easily if they don't land, which... does not work for me.

 

i'm watching all these reacts while I wait until saturday (since I don't have a switch, my cousin does) and it's just not the same without Etika. Sakurai brought in Sans, the madman.

 

My interpretation was that there won't be sets and that future characters will just be individual DLC unlike SF5.

Also, I'm going with Spyro as the last entry. But at this rate anyone is really a possibility. ( Still hoping for Lego Vader.)

 

My guess is that Geno may be the last DLC fighter added when the entire DLC run ends.

 

So speculation time. Do you think the fighters outside the Season Pass will continue the rule of "characters and worlds not present in Smash"?

Me? I think those DLC characters don't, so better odds for things first-party. Geno and Pokemon Gen 8 reps for my vote. Maybe Porky, but that's still such an oddball missing factor in the spirits/bosses..

 

I'm curious if they'll do DLC Echo Fighters. Maybe make a Echo Fighter Pass for like $12-$15 instead of the $25 the current one is asking for.

 

Even with that leak, and the reveal, I still can’t believe Terry actually got in. That trailer was amazing

Can’t believe Sans got in either. Even if it’s a Mii Costume, it’s a really damn good one

 

I'm with you. I think they'll turn their focus to other characters that haven't been in from pre-existing franchises. (Dixie, maybe.)

 

Which makes you wonder if they got something planned to top that.
