    Mine shipped from Amazon JP overnight and is expected to arrive on Wednesday (9/3). I live in Northern Virginia.

    I am interested in handling TE’s prime, so that I can develop a better opinion as to why MP-44 is better and to add to the “experience” card I can pull on debates. I like the TE one, but MP-44 just has that takara magic to it. There is one problem with TE prime, and that’s just when I try to read through the thread for some opinions or photos, I just get overcome with bashing MP-44 and how we’re “off the charts” you might say with how much we “blindly like” MP-44, which I don’t understand. Are they trying to justify their purchase? We never talk about how much MP-44 is better unless someone brings it up. Can’t we just stay more calm and collected?

    Fair play man. I get ppl have preferences over MS to TE as there's a fair few differences in build, aesthetic and overall package, I just think it's daft saying TE01 and MP44 are such different beasts when they extremely similar.

    Anyways, I'm upsetting the locals who aren't quite understanding that, or that it's OK to like them all.

    I was a December 5 order too and not shipped yet, I'd imagine they have quite a lot of shit to ship so I can wait a day or two as long as it actually comes. If it gets canceled I might be OK with that too, could use the money for other things

    That’s the problem. When you still give a critique, some have to immediately jump to defend whatever sort of reasoning it is because their preference can’t be put down.

    I liked what I saw at the toy shows and think MP44 is my preferred one. I know he’s not perfect just like MP36 had all that back kibble and paint chipping from attaching the scope. But they’re close enough to the toon in real life that in my case it fits the bill.

    Personally, I would say at first glance, both just standing straight, they look the same, but after further examination, they have completely different “vibes.” That “Takara Magic”. Makes the figure feel more dynamic, even when just standing straight.

    exactly my thoughts, it seemed so full of life and i am glad that i chose it, he ain't perfect but the generation 1 cartoon wasn't perfect either.

    With all the animation errors, it’s hard for me to define what the perfect version is. But the fact peeps are getting their wish makes this a happy time for collectors

    I'd say he's probably better than mp36 in the posability stakes. Don't think Megs can pull off that batting pose that's been shown?

    What up? I think MP44 is the best for me. I’m not denying that and what TT has done is amazing. But reports of the knee, the bent antenna are paint chipping at the waist are what have me thinking he’s not perfect. I love MP36, and this will have just as much love
