If tracking stops on a package, how long do you wait before calling and who do you call?
Tracking says my Red Albert arrived at a facility in Colorado yesterday morning at 9:06am. I'm in Virginia. It shouldn't take them a day and a half to process it and send it to the next facility...

 

Entirely possible your package wasn't scanned as it left the facility by mistake, and is still en route to you.

Fun anecdote: my skywarp pre order got "lost" ( tracking indicated it was shipped on the wrong route or something) and Amazon ended up sending me a replacement without any input from me. So hang tight for anything day or two, and reach out if you feel the need. Worst case scenario they send you a second and a return label for the potentially delayed package.

 

Thanks. It's from Kickin Toys so who knows when they would even restock replacements. USPS is starting to piss me off. Every UPS package makes it all the way to my door. USPS is always the one with problems. They definitely have some unprofessional employees in their operation.

 

For what it's worth all of my orders from Kickin' Toys shipped USPS and didn't have a lot of tracking updates until the day of delivery. I don't know if it's Amazon or USPS tracking fault, but they all arrived safely and in good time.

 

Does anyone know why siege barricade is nowhere to be found to pre order or purchase anywhere. And I know about that 3rd party seller on amazon. I’m talking about anywhere besides that.

 

Because he wasn’t shown at toyfair, for whatever reason preorders only went up for wave 4 figures that actually had a presence at toy fair

My package arrived at the "carrier facility" in Denver at 9:06am yesterday...over a day and a half ago. If the tracking doesn't pick up again soon, who do I call? Kickin Toys, Amazon, or the USPS?

 

What does the tracking number begin with? TBA or like 92######

If the former, Amazon. If the latter, USPS

 

This. It's not uncommon for the USPS to sudden make things be a day late because they sent it to the wrong facility or the truck/train car was too full and they had to delay it. It could also be wherever the facility is, they had problems with the weather. During the summer, I get emails from FedEx all the time talking about how their Tennessee and Kentucky locations were delayed because they couldn't operate due to severe weather conditions and sent out notices letting people know it's because of that.

It also depends on how Kickin' Toys sent it. If it was Parcel Post or FedEx Smartpost, it's always going to move, then sit, then move again. They keep passing it from truck to truck, slowly.

Wooot, nice surprise this morning, my 24.99 Thundercracker came to today! I wasn't expecting it till after the holiday. EDIT, Also got charged for MP-44 tooo!

 

Dang, I had to clear the payment through my CC so not sure when AJP will charge my card to ship. Eh, I can wait a few days since I've waited this long.

 

Nothing on my end but I did just miss two calls   hope that wasn't my CC company panicking and blocking the sale. Usually I get an alert if that happens though.

 

My card got charged as well for Prime. I did call PayPal and while the CS rep said they couldn't pre-approve charges they did put a note on my account.

 

aaand my card just got charged, well, that's just Prime!
