I still haven't figured out what their monthly deal was for pulse members. I emailed them about it, and they used some Star Wars fan vote or something for one month, but I never saw it, and haven't seen anything since. Maybe early access to SDCC stuff?

Thanks! I caved and bought my first Seige figure - Shockwave! Getting him for about $31 is a fair sight better than $50.

It'll be nice to have a Voyager scale Shockwave. I know, I know, he's listed as "Leader," but mine will likely never wear that armor, so Voyager.

 

WHat did you combine him with to get to $50?

 

I picked up a couple of card games for family game times, but I could have gone with a few Botbots or the Lionizer Siege Battle Master, or that DC Primal Age Scarecrow figure. Lots of options to bring the total up by nine bucks or so.

In fact, the biggest problem I had was that Shockwave's price changed three times while in my cart. When I first put it in my cart, it was over $32. Then, I thought I had hit that $50 threshold only to find the price dropped, so I had to find something different to bring it up.

Not complaining about the price drop, though. Well worth the hunt for add-ons.

 

I'm not holding out hope. You notice most of the stuff on Pulse is for older "fans"? They know you have a job!  

I think the monthly deal is DISAPPOINTMENT.   Cause I get that from Pulse every month!   (Seriously, not even some coupon fliers in your shipped orders? COME ON!  )

I first saw him on there shortly after the target deal started and was like wait wtf is this a 3rd party affiliate selling him? but no, no it is not. that's indeed target, hence the available offer deal. is that something to expect since he is such a sought after figure thats constantly sold out? I dont think I ever legitimately saw Amazon or Walmart sell above MSRP before. Anyway, I probably could just ask my GF who works at Target to find out lol.

Yeah. That's a trend. Retailers are now moving towards above MSRP on demanded items that they can't keep up with stocking.

 

Wow, that's kinda crazy to me. I'm new to collecting and never seen that before from an official store. It was the only reason I didnt snag him up when he was available online a few days ago for that price because I thought it was wrongly posted.
