After another post about how Jetfire's armor fit underneath in jet mode I applied the same thing in robot mode. You basically flip out his posts on his hips and plugs on his armor but he holds it in a way that seems to be almost planned. It fits close to the chest and even has has a cutout that allows it to sit close at the very top of his chest too.
I'm pretty sure that this is a hidden feature.

Normally the helmet would push against the chest if it wasn't put on his face and left stored but this sets perfectly fine.

 

Have the same issue too when you want to apply the armor but not include the battlemask, it pushes against the chest (probably meant to be mask and armor out.

 

It's not an issue when the armors upside down it actually sits very far away from his belly so you don't have to take it out in order to have it on.

 

I kind of like this weapon configuration. This may be my default with barricade. I think he comes with shoulder cannons, right?

 

What you said. You slip his armor upside down. Though it looks "different" with the red/black pattern.

Yep, it's the Matrix Workshop coronation kit. I got mine from tfsafari.com.

I'm debating buying several Thundercrackers to paint all the blues purple to have some Air Warriors, but given the Rainmakers, does anyone think we might actually get some official Air Warriors? Not a fan of the smirk, honestly...

Blast effects, Brunt nozzle, and extra cannon tip on Megatron are custom stuff I made. Tim Heada arm gap fillers are on Megatron (worst quality 3d printed stuff I have ever bought but did my best to make it look and work decent).
