I think a cool stretch goal would be a moon or small planet model that is pre-cut to the dimensions of the planet mode teeth, so in planet mode you can slot it in and close the teeth around it to hold it in place and look like Unicron is actually eating it.

Hey we passed 4900. 5000 by day's end? That'd be dope.

I'd be ok with a stretch goal of just them giving each hand full articulation

I'm familiar with Diaclon Dianauts, I'm more so thinking about a 1.5 inch Galvatron figure, I suppose some fans could use the TR Titan Master or the Legends Headmaster

That's not third party. That's knockoff. And I think if any company does that, that'll be the straw that broke the camel's back, and will get sued out of existence. Hasbro is OK with companies ripping off a 15 to 50$ toy, and Takara simply doesn't care what happens with Masterpiece outside Nippon waters. But a limited number toy they spent 1.5 year developing and 2 years manufacturing and sell for 625$? (Yeah people forget the tax) You bet your sweet bippies they will unleash hell, or rather, Unicron, on anyone who tries downscaling or copying this.

my plan for this toy is wait for the takara release that supposed to be happening, i know it wont be any diffrent, but its oftern cheaper for people in new zealand to buy from japan than the USA these days because of exchange rate and postage, it also gives me the time i need to save for the beast, if i get him its a really big if

Since he's listed as "War For Cybertron Unicron" I'd assume his boxart would fit in that style. Though I wouldn't count out the final bundle coming with some G1 art.

And there's the answer to why he's a Battlemaster. So he's as close as possible to scaling with Unicron.

You mean the TakaraTomy Mall release that's already up for preorder (and whose orders close the same time)?

I get the impression he isn’t allowed to confirm anything before Hasbro makes it public.

Hahaha! I'm having an unusually good day today. And not going to lie, I was going to buy Unicron anyway but the beard just hit a homerun for me. Kudos to the design team! They didn't have to add it, but they did. Awesome. Just awesome.

    【Hasbro社クラウドファンディング商品】トランスフォーマー WAR FOR CYBERTRON ユニクロン

There you go. It isn't some separate thing coming later. They're feeding into the same crowdfund as everybody else. This is it.

Geezus! Can it be Friday already? This thread has definitely seen it’s intensity but Friday and Saturday looks to be quite the whirlwind. If they do in fact pull a 9000 stretch goal I suspect it will be an enticing money grabbing gimmick

1986 G1 Box, because that's when we would've gotten the Original Toy, had it of been made. So think of Trypticon's box, but change the box art to Unicron, change the front toy pics with kids to those of Unicron being set up in different scenarios from the movie and the top of the box has the transformation sequence, sides have the toys, back has the art and tech spech. IF they can do this for Ectotron, there's NO REASON why they can't do it for this.
