That's a shame about not having a shouting face. Did you contact your retailer to ask about getting a replacement? It's quite unusual to have two neutral faces I imagine, I don't know if you'll find anyone in this thread to swap with so it's probably best to ask your retailer about it.

Yeah this is the greatest Bluestreak figure ever! I've owned all the MP ones, this is by far my favourite.

Man I sure hope my second copy of 18+ comes with the MP-44 adapter so I can use it in Sideswipe's shoulder launcher too.

I guess going forward they might make all weapons with this standardised opening, that fits the effects from MP-43 and MP-44.

 

Unfortunately I ordered these from Nippon-Yasan, so I'm not sure if they can help me out, but I'll give it a shot.

Yeah, I've always wanted to get the original MP of Streak, but I'm glad I waited for this one.

And your first copy didn’t come with the adaptor?

 

It's worth giving them a try! I don't know if they have a phone number to call, but I find it always helpful to talk to companies on the phone where possible (you can use a service like Skype to call numbers in any country easily enough).

It came with two of the regular rifle adaptors instead! I was always planning on getting two copies of 18+, so that's fine. Since the regular adaptor is also compatible with Smokescreen, Tracks and Grapple's guns there's plenty I can use it with, I'm actually happier that I'll have three total.

 

Thanks again! I'll try that out. If worse comes to worst, I'll follow your lead and just buy a second copy, maybe this time I'll get two shouting faces.

Just got my second copy of MP-18+. Overall really pleased. The line on the front of the bonnet is a little neater. The faces are really tight though, but they have better paint (particularly the shouting face, which now has a clear mouth). The shoulders feel tighter on this second copy, though the knees and now thighs are kinda scary tight at first.

And most important, now I have my adaptor for MP-44+  


So I did a custom a while back - four years ago now, maybe? I love Bluestreak, but neither MP-18 nor MP-18S cut it for me, so I combined them.

One last time I'm gonna bring it up, because I did some comparison photos...























I was proud of my custom, still am. But 18+ is the one for me. I prefer the paint job, even though the glossy paint of my custom looked great in photos, in person 18+ shines way more. And of course the alternate faces and the effects pieces add so much to a display.

Speaking of effects pieces, Bluestreak isn't fighting Decepticons alone this time!

 

One thing that I don't understand is why they did paint the entire bonnet black when in the cartoon it was not... That really is non-sense for a anime version  

 

MP-18+ is truly awesome, but ya still nailed it with your custom!!
