Primesgiving #5. This community is the only group of people that gets to hear about my obsession. Thank you. To all of you. For being friendly and shooting the breeze with me about something I love so much and can’t talk about with anyone ever.

For Day #5 I am asking you all to say thank you to those those that you appreciate on this board. People like to complain and critique. We often forget to say a kind word, and sometimes it can really be the thing that we need to hear in rough times. I’m limiting this to 5 people for posterity’s sake but all of you are appreciated.

1. @Sam, never thought I’d meet someone who is so deeply into MP. Made me like it even more.
2. @chchchch, bash master and you definitely built up my own personal excitement for this figure with all your interest and creativity.
3. @Sixo, such great blogs man. Gets me inspired to go out and experience and his good review spirit is very heartwarming.
Those are some of the main ones I can think of personally. But many others here have been really nice and I hope I continue enjoying with you guys.

Not gonna do the personal shout-outs on here, all my buds know who they are, but I've got love for everyone on here (most of the time  ). Huge shout-out though to @BrutiKing for his work compiling all the photos in this thread into his edited posts on the first two pages of the thread. If you want any info, it's all there.


And of course can't help but miss TCracker. Seeing his shots was always a highlight of any new MP release, as well as his enthusiasm. Sorely missed.

 

This is the first major mainline prime ive passed on in the lsst 10nyesrs and thsts due to cost.

Im excited for those getting him.

I just wanted to say thank you to the entire forum. I don’t say much, but I read a lot here everyday. It’s nice to have a place to go where people share a love for things that people my age might not understand. It’s wonderful to see everyone’s creativity in the pictures. I’m not getting MP44 because of the price but you guys are such great contributors that this forum will be almost like having him. Looking forward to next week! Keep up the great work guys

I’m just mostly glad that everyone’s of a decent sort here. There’s a lot of crap in the world and it takes a heavy toll. A lot of self control is needed to keep those issues out of the forums and keep this a fun place.

Thanks for the shoutouts guys! This thread is too important to let the pictures be left drifting in 1000 pages of speculation, some drama, and pure excitement. It’s been a long journey since the first post on February 21st, 2019 by @Retroheavy . It’s the final stretch for all of us who preordered or are looking forward to in person shots of this monumental figure. Some people say “I came here for a good time not a long time,” but I’d have to say the wait for this was a good time and a long time.   I’d like to thank @chchchch for all the entertaining digibashes he made during a good portion of the wait, @Sam for lighting our darkest hour in the threads, and everyone else who participated in discussing MP-44 up till now. I’m sure @TCracker is already playing with MP-44 above, and taking pictures as he has always done. Once again, it’s the final push and I hope we can keep up the discussions in a civilized manner. Thanks a lot for the journey.

 

I can’t wait to see some video reviews ...so excited!

I’ve decided to put mine away till Xmas   crazy I know. But I’ll probs double check it’s all there, just in case lol.

I want to echo what’s been shared before,
I appreciate all the members here that make this place a fun place to get lost in. I’m sure that if my boss only knew how much time I spent on the daily here, he would probably not be understanding.

Thank you friends for being enthusiastic, knowledgeable, an inspiring. All that positive energy has helped me get through some dark times a couple years back.
