    Just opened up mine and put it in jet mode. The thing is beautiful but the whole cockpit section doesn't seem to lay flat or lock in all the way. I remember people saying this was an issue with the original. any Fixes for it?

    File some off the square slot for the square peg.

    It has surprised me too....

    Also, I keep reading about how FT-29T is "Limited." The only "Limited" figure, as in they will never make more, are the "X" figures with the numbered cards.

    There may be a shortage now, but I would expect Fans Toys to do another run in the future if the demand is that great. I don't know when it would happen, but they've done multiple runs of the more popular figures.

    G2 are limited. My Grinder G2 has a number on the card.

    X tends to represent the premium paint... Quietus had that right out the box so being X wouldn't have fit in this release.

    This is in demand because for a lot of people, it's how Quietus should have been the first time round

    So for the people who have got the T version, is there still a problem with paint chipping or has FT solved this problem?

    Thats the big question that never seems to be answered. That and the inquiry any other notable qc differences/improvements (cockpit tabbing etc).

    The chipping wasn’t a “problem”. It was a clearance issue. You need to be careful maneuvering the chest around the knees in alt mode.

    Just out of curiosity, anyone else on here order FT-29 from abctoyshop123 on eBay? He had 5, I bought 1 a couple days ago, and the rest are now gone. Now to tough out the SnailPAK crawl...

    I just got the T version, and was surprised that the box cover features a photograph of the figure, rather than an illustration. Making it look more like a Takara styled MP box.

    Do you think this is the new direction FT is going for box art or is it just for FT-29T?
