    Hmm, no toy head kinda makes the repaint a pass for me. Can't wait for the toon version though!

    If I was still into Painting figures, and felt i could do a good job, then i would consider the MS version.

    But that is not the case, and NA is the only company making proper prestine painted legends figure that i know of.

    Too bad the toy version doesnt come with red eyes and toon chest though, so maybe no Megatron for me, but... wanting that Starscream, which will go on my MP Decepticon shelf ;)

    Man, oh man.
    I’m a sucker for Megatron figures, I’m a sucker for Legends, I’m a sucker for Newage in particular. I’m also a sucker for Magic Square...sheesh. It’s going to be hard as hell to hold off for MS to get theirs out before just throwing money at this figure.

    Is anyone else waiting to see which one they like better?

    I'm going with the chrome toy version from NA, and the toon from MS. Best of all worlds.

    Probably will be doing the same. Already have the toy version NA pre ordered. It looks beautiful.

    MST’s Megs is a must as well to pair with my MST Prime.

    Just some quick perspective: remember back in 2007 when a cartoon-style Megatron robot that turned into a realistic gun seemed nearly impossible, and the best we could hope for was MP-05? AKA The Dark Times?

    And here we are 12 years later, with not one but two viable LEGENDS-scale options. Our cups do truly runneth over.
