So any one else have scary tight shoulder joints and if so how do I loosen em cause I'm scared imma break the dudde

 

Yeah. My shoulders outward ratchets are super tight. I assume that it’s designed that way so the arms can support the added bits and giant gun.

 

I added a tiny bit of lubrication to them, as mine were equally as scary tight, they are still quite tight, but don't sound like plastic is snapping everytime I move them now.

 

I think you fix it by loosening a few screws, consult Peaugh's review, he brings it up.

 

How complicated is the transformation?

 

Super easy. Optimus is cake but the trailer can be a little annoying your first attempt. I tried to tackle it blind thinking I could figure it out but eventually had to watch a video to get the jet armor into trailer mode. Everything goes together surprisingly well.

 

Ah peaugh wish I could thank the man for how many figures his videos helped me transform growing up

 

Or how many he's been able to help me transformed even after I "grew up."

So back tried what peaugh said in the video it's better but still feels snappy

 

Combining with parts from Make Toys Battle Tanker set. All pieces used can fit in the trailer, except the Guns, those are mounted outside.









And also, for Christ sakes, why does no one else use the ab extension? 1st Photo, 0% extension, 2nd photo, fully extended, 3 & 4 photo, fully extended and tilted one click forward to eliminate gap. It really does remove the square and oddly proportioned chest/midsection. Also, with the chest tilted down/forward, it really adds some dynamic to the poses. Final photo shows how much equates to fully extended, as it is a tight joint and I don't want anyone breaking their figure.

Will do it once I get Fansproject Menasor out of my storage unit today. Then I will do all 3 side by side.

 

Ah, those guns from Battle Tanker remain unused for me. Good to see that can be put to use like this. You used the missile pods, twin barrel guns, is that all?

 

Hrm... FP Menasor and PE Jetpower Revive trailers are almost the exact same size. However Optimus Prime's one sits much higher off the ground then Menasors.

Anywho, I used the bonus samurai sword from 1st release version of battle tanker (the one with an extra handle). Also the missle pods and double barrel guns and forearms (as thigh armor) from 1st release version. The extending buster optimus gun came from the KO add on kit for battle tanker. (Not my photo).
