Anyone have comparison pics of the Fans Want It Jetpower and Jetwing upgrades for ROTF Prime? I have a chance to buy them for cheap and want to know which is better. Comparison with the official Jetwing Prime would be good too.

 

I'd say get the Jetwing kit. It's very accurate. I have yet to see a kit capture Powerup Prime. They usually look like the leader on JetfireJe feet with rockets on his back.

 

Those stacks look really nice in truck mode! But what do you do with them for bot mode? Are they detachable?

If so, I simply plug those stacks into the 5mm ports that are sticking frontwards on the ring.

Oddly enough, the CGI art actually shows two pipe like things sticking forward, so it made perfect sense.

 

@savio-prime have you looked into giving your custom Prime articulated hands? IIRC either capcomkai or jloc246 on instagram showed fully possible hands compatible with BB Optimus. they would most likely fit on SS-32. i think they would look great on your already incredible figure

I think that's the first reported US sighting for Leader Prime. That's encouraging. Thought I'd have to wait for mid September to start seeing him show up.

aha! after spending too much time looking through too many posts, i found the hands! says they were being sold for $12 but that was in april. if you DM capcomkai he might be able to tell you where to buy them.

 

Well I'm a little aggravated. I ordered Dropkick from Walmart the other and it had to be cancelled because they messed up the order. Apparently it sold out.




However because of this screw up they gavee a $10 discount code.

It'd be cool if there was a collapsible solution to the issue, but I can see why no 3P has attempted it since you'd have to cut away the original stacks and who knows what's inside that area considering how many parts hinge around it.

I think they'd be too large for first trilogy primes. BBOP has different proportions, since he's supposed to be smaller. Also I'm not sure if the mushroom peg is compatible but if not it shouldn't be too hard to resize it.

As @wboender mentioned @capcomkai sells them on insta but not sure if he still has any. He gets a lot of custom stuff from really talented people in asia. Here's a pic of mine (they come black but I painted them):
