so, anyone had any experience fixing the mechanism on Crankcase? - picked up a decent one at TFN over the weekend, but in bot mode, the guns don't sit over his shoulders- they just point straight up?

i'm guessing it's potentially a pain to fix, but hoping some smart sort might have an idea..

 

Did you try pressing the button again? On all Crankcases, the guns will point straight up first (because that’s where they sit in vehicle mode), and then you have to press the button a second time to get them into position in robot mode. Mine’s always been that way.

Or alternatively, hold the button down until they move into place on his shoulders.

Definately a ...... gem in my G1 collection.  

 

I believe the pristine Dai Altas was a case fresh factory hidden discovery. Got it about 5 to 6 years ago from a very excellent vintage seller whom I shall not name.

One more rare gem I dont think Ive posted here enough..lol.

Oh man I wish I could find the cassettes. I’ve been looking but the Wal-Marts in the area are the worst. My partner found Soundwave yesterday but for $70 CAD I had to pass. I have a boxed G1 so I don’t need it but if it were cheaper I’d consider it.
