in the last 72 hours I've visited 7 walmarts in Central Mass. They do not have this stupid thing anywhere. I think I can safely and fairly say, Walmart sucks.

 

I know of two walmarts west of exit 10 that are loaded. pm me for details. I've currently got 4 of them, one for myself.

 

HI all, first time posting here.

I've checked 4 Walmarts in the South Shore today, (Avon, Weymouth, Abington and Hanover), no sign of MP Starscream at any of them. Anyone seen any in Eastern Mass?

 

westborough has a lot of stuff on the high shelfs but as best as I could see, no MP screamers.

 

Checked Northborough and framingham walmarts in the last 2 hours, no sign of MP starscream

As of four hours ago, Weymouth Wal-Mart is still dry as a bone. They've got a ton of Ravage and Rumble Alternators.

Anyone interested in GI Joe, I found a place in the South Shore that had 2 Buzzers and 2 Lady Jayes. Lemme give you a hint, it wasn't Wal-Mart.

Out in the Framingham area shopping Sunday 11/11 and if they sold out, then it never made it into the barcode inventory. Scanned the MP Starscream barcode and it says See Associate. No price no name of item I translated as not there yet.

Haven't seen it in my travels from MA down to CT. Anyone see it on ebay from sellers in this area? Reading on a posting site.. suppose to be like 18 per store.

 

Hi all - I got very lucky yesterday and found an MP SS at a Wal-mart not too far from where I work.

An associate at the store held 3 for me, but I only took 1. The guy even said, "Are you sure you don't want all 3? You could sell them on eBay." But I didn't feel right doing that; call me foolish if you like. So this WM might have 2 left, or maybe even more; the guy didn't think they had put all 18 out on the shelves yet.

In any case, if any of the "regulars" (I'm a long-time lurker so I know who the regular posters are) would like to know where I found MP SS - and haven't used ckhtiger's info already - just PM me and I'll be happy to share what I know with you.

Not quite. I already posted about a different Walmart item but when I picked mine up yesterday, it didn't scan at the price checker but rang up fine at the register.

 

I've called them since, with the UPC, and it seems I get a different answer every time. I'm getting real sick of it. And WM's inventory system is just awful. I really wish this were a Target exclusive instead.

 

MP scream is on Ebay in this state now out of West Springfield...

I hear its a hell of a town.

The Walmart I most regularly visit had to have had 20 MP SS. Of course, that was about all they had. Too bad I've got no interest (MP Warp is enough for me!)

Is there a reason no one is giving away locations in their threads anymore? Think we're supplying the scalpers with info or what?

yeah we're being paranoid about it. we're pming the locations back and forth. I can tell you this, West Boylson doesn't have anything new. Well except the big pile of rabit food on the floor in the toy section. Walmart = gross.

The hell of a town comment was based on the simpsons, springfield song. it was a stretch but I went for it.

 

Then I am both saddened and sickened by the state of the hobby. Not due to your reactions, but to those who caused them.

Well, Springfield MA was one of the front runners for that contest they had for the first screening of the movie, and West Springfield... well, let's just say I'd rather be in West Springfield than Springfield. Much rather.

my recommendation... not that its worked for me, is to call the walmarts instead of driving around. at least then you only have time wasted and not gas.
