    The most recent one [I’ve noticed] was/is order: 19081017295039

    I already got an answer about a part of: 18111113505680 (on this thread), as most items were preorders in that purchase, at that time... and even now, not all are released yet.

    And 19051118391661 was pretty obvious/transparent on the site’s order log, and I eventually got the figure paid for, so no issues there.

    So, if you would let me know what happened with the first order mentioned, and give some thought on how to notify about these types of occurrences in the future, it’d be appreciated.

    Nope... didn’t get that email message, and can’t find it after a couple of searches...

    I did get a refund, but that message came from PayPal, not from showz.

    After getting the PayPal message on the 14th of August, I then had to try and figure out who the seller was from the dates (since I purchase from various sellers from China & Japan); but because I don’t read kanji, it takes some digging to narrow down who refunded what and why, especially when there’s no accompanying message about it. Although I haven’t received the email in your screenshot shown in your previous message, it looks like that email was put together on the 16th of August?

    In any case, what’s the path forward in order to repay to receive the item? Since it’s currently listed as ‘sold out’, I don’t know how to select it for payment that would show in the showz order history for tracking, etc.. and to be clear, it wasn’t listed as “sold out” when I originally selected the item and paid for it.

    You can send the details to me on how to repay either in a PM on tfw or to the email that I get the auto-notifications from your store about ‘payment received’, ‘item shipped’, etc.. if you want me to re-relay/re-confirm that email info, we can do so via tfw’s messaging.

    @SHowZ . I'm confused by this because I got no such message from Kasper saying anything other than this to my email asking to cancel:

    "there are indeed some buyers contacting me about it02 too, but we didn't get any info from the manufacturer."

    Prior to that, I got a shipping notice and I do check my spam mail daily so there was no further emails then those two from your store.

    Seeing you confirmed you have the package still, please cancel my order and credit my CC back. Thanks for your reply and help!

    Thanks for the reply! I agree, it shouldn't take a week. If it did the reply email I got should have said we are working on it and it will ship on x date instead of, ya it shipped, then it actually ships a week later.

    So far it's been 12 days since I ordered, but actually only 4 days in the shipping tracking. Hope to see it in about a week though.

    Some time we will buy things directly from the market if we found we sold all of them out, in this way it gonna take longer time (normally 2 days) than in stock items....
    Ill ask Kasper to send out messages if we need a longer time to get it

    Hi, does anyone know the store policy on cancelling pre-orders? Do you get the money back from the deposit, even if it's turned into store credit, or is it non-refundable?

    Just message them or cancel from the order screen if the option is available (I think it's there until full payment is made). They'll take care of you.
