Remind me does the final CGI Brawl (devastator - 'pah') 2007 Movie version have 2 fingers and a thumb on each hand or 3 fingers and a thumb as I'd seen art showing both sorts of hand.
Just got mine in today. After fiddling around with him for a while I love this figure. I have had every version of bra with the exception of the wei Jiang one. I really like the size on this one. Wasn't able to take too many pictures because I had to go to work but I did figure out that you can store all of his weapons inside of him in his vehicle mode to clean up the vehicle. You can still rotate the turret 360 and nothing touches the ground from the underside. You do have to take the small minigun off of the claw weapon and also disconnect the claw from the green handle in order for everything to fit . Slide the multi barreled Cannon between his so that the handle is pointing down towards the Treads and then pretty much just sit everything else on top of it make sure that all of the handles are pointing down towards the treads . I got the idea from watching a review for the wei Jiang ones weapon storage. =full]28360852[/ATTACH]
Friend, try to use "multiquote" option, you're posting to many answers at the same time. If you want CG accurate, also put the chest panels in the correct position like the movie.
Instead of a pic, check the first second of this guys video. Exact breakage I had. You can see how it works later on around 6:50 mark. Thankfully the part pegs in for bot and alt mode, so it's never just laying around "loose" except during transformation. Guess mine is a slight partsformer now :/
The final version has 3 fingers and a thumb. Annoyingly a lot of this OS figure was based upon the concept art, particularly the deco. The original SS version just about has 3 fingers I believe.
I’d like to take back the things I said about this guys paint job, he’s genuinely really spot on to the movies paint scheme, so I shouldn’t discredit the figure for that.
That's a render created for the video game, with colours based upon the concept art rather than the final render. If you find the ILM turnaround animation released a few years back, you can see that the BMB figure is inaccurate in deco to the movie. Doesn't make it any less awesome, but a shame nonetheless.
They knew what they were doing. If you do it one hundred percent right the first time there's no reason to release a repaint.
So I'm in the market for a movie Brawl and from what I've seen, this BMB OS SS version looks to be the best and most accurate one. Could anyone please tell me if there's another option already announced by any other company that I may have missed or if this will probably stand as the best option for a long while?
It depends what you're going for. This one's great and mostly accurate to the movie but scaled to the MPM cars, so there's scope for a smaller version to potentially be released somewhen. I'm using it with my older figures though as when he's crouched down, he fits in fairly well. There aren't any other Brawls on the horizon though.

Got mine... Kind of mixed feelings here. On the one hand, this figure is freaking beautiful. The SS mold is upgraded to such a degree here that I almost want them to do an undersized version of this for SS size. The scale is phenomenal. The articulation? Pitch perfect. This figure really deserves high praise for this. And on the other hand (and this could very well just be a faulty copy that I got), this figure is a flimsy mess. Mine has legs that have VERY loose wide joint. The back Turret won't sit still for me. And the track on one of his legs actually snapped the peg off. Dunno if these issues are just mine or not. But this bumps it to a 3.5 out of 5 for me
Got mine this morning, has most of the same issues reported. Mostly the right ankle being a flimsy mess, definitely needed a ratchet joint in there for the size of the thing. As is I can't get him to stand on his own at all rn. Sure I will be able to radicon a fix, so whatever I guess. Thing is pretty damn attractive otherwise.
