I'd buy every single one. I don't normally like SS figures. I got Prime and Bee from Bumblebee for deskbots at work and then picked up Shatter and car Dropkick but if they went all in Cybertronian-moded figures from the Bumblebee intro I'd love it. The aesthetic is awesome. I don't like Bayformer designs in the slightest and Siege can be a little too G1-y at times so Bumblebee Cybertron-intro figures would really hit a sweet spot for me.

I can't help but wonder what it would look like if you took heli dropkick's chestpiece and backpack and modded them onto car dropkick (using the head of the latter). It would be non-transforming, but I feel like it'd be super accurate to how he looked in the movie...

The FWI-5 is a bit shorter, but it's wider and less detailed than Dr. Wu's.

@Shadow25 said that SS car Dropkick has loose hips. If you have Dropkick, does your copy also have this issue? I hope it isn't a widespread issue.
I was talking about something like this on this thread a few weeks ago, it'd be great for army building! These Decepticon drones/protoforms were always in the movies, I'm sure it'd be great to have them! They could even transform into the small fighter crafts!

That's a great idea, I'm sure someone will do it! And when it happens, I think it'll look really good!

No offence. But that custom looks more like AOE Old Camaro Bumblebee.

Don’t know how I didn’t see this notification. Thanks for the update. Does yours have loose hips too like some reported? I can fix it if mine has the issue, but it’s obviously better when you don’t have to

Nope. No hip Issues. The only issues I have are connecting the parts to transform him into car mode, the Doors mostly. Other than that, I still think this is my favorite Studio Series Deluxe figure.

Fantastic! These are the exact photos I was hoping for!

Seeing them both next to each other makes it difficult to pick. The detailing on the Dr Wu version is nice but the FWI version has better proportions and oddly enough seems like it fits better with the Studio Series line with it's lack of detail (even though all of the studio series figures have incredible molded details).

I'm really curious to see if a future DNA kit would come with this tri barrel gun and how their version would turn out.

Thanks again for the photos!! :thumb

The more I see of this figure, the hyped more I get for it!
...Also, does the trailer work with Siege Optimus?

The figure is amazingly fun; don't listen to all the Debbie Downers on this message board who can't take the sight of a hollow part or a slightly undersized shield. It makes me sad to see so many people who have difficulty finding joy in things.

    But I digress. :)

No, the trailer doesn't work with Siege Prime; it also looks way too undersized for it.

Now that I have car mode Dropkick, I can’t help but wonder what he would look like as Prowl.

Many figures have hollow parts.... That and an undersized shield have nothing to do with joy. I respect your opinion on DoTM prime, but clearly you can’t see why some other members won’t buy him.

    Oh.
I'm sure you have your own list that keeps you away from this figure.
...I was merely quoting the ones I saw most often while reading/watching reviews.
