Got to love that when I have no plans to buy 80th Anniversary Iron Man & Thor that I find so many of them easily and yet when I finally decide to buy them I can't find them.

My local Walmart has Iron Man & Thor but I was out of town today and stopped at the nearest Walmart to where I was hoping to find Captain America and if not then at least get Iron Man & Thor, well I guess I'll just wait till I get paid next week to pick them up.

Finally opened my stash last night.

Colossus and Juggy are great. While it's an effort to pose them due to their weight especially juggy, it's fun.
As for Colossus, it's the best version ever made. So far.

Iron Man and Iron Spider, I'm impressed with Spider-Man. The head size it's just the right proportion. The parker head fits the FFH figure while it's very loose on the Homecoming Tech Suit BUT it's scaled very well.

Remember the GAP i reported about Iron Man's faceplate and red forehead?
I know now why the gap exist.

The excess plastic on the top corners of the face plate is the culprit.
Seems like the factory guys just painted it gold and didn't bother to cut that sharp top corner edge of the face plate.
They could've cut it since there's a small curvature along those top edges can serve their guide.

the gaps aren't noticeable at normal upfront view. It'll be obvious once you look at it from the top.
You can check Sharktimus Prime's review of Iron Man-Iron Spider pack, he shows the said GAP.

I would like to add something info about Retro Iceman.
Check the figure's waist if it's too tight to turn.
The culprit of the tight waist is the excess plastic on the contact points of the two halves of the plastic parts of the pelvis/hip.
Tinker the waist with the X-Acto Knife, shave those excess plastics if needed.

Finally gave in to a reseller's Rescue. He added $5 to the figure's SRP.
I was like, "What the heck. At least I'm not gonna pay x2 of the figure's SRP."

You got really lucky. In my area I never saw any of those multipacks hit clearance in any of the 20 plus Targets I frequent. Its like they all vanished before clearance.

Iron Man/Thor should be fairly easy finds, considering they’re at other retailers as well. Cap being a Walmart Exclusive however may be a tougher find. Check Brickseek for the numbers on him.

Last call for the Endgame Hulk BAF chest piece if anyone wants it, PM me. If not, I’m just gonna toss it, since I have no intention of completing the figure

Eh at this point I've kind of just given up on Captain America, if I find him then great I'll pick him up but if not I do have two comic book Cap figures already that I could use. As for Iron Man/Thor, as I said when I get paid later in the week I plan to pick them up I just don't know if I'll pick them up from my local Walmart or refuse to give them my money and order them off Amazon.

Honestly if Vintage Cap had a better headsculpt I would say he’s my perfect cap, I like the compromise between printing the scales and not sculpting them for a cleaner look

I only recently got back into collecting classic Marvel Legends. I decided I could buy the Thing If I had enough change on the dresser and it snowballed from there. I was pretty stoked to find this guy bagged at a nice price this morning.

i saw an Ant-Man with Iron Man head repacked with the first Iron Spider figure (sans backpack arms) the lone time I saw that 2pack at Target so far...

people have been...creative...when it comes to swiping & repacking around here...repainting wrestler figures black and white and sticking them in a Morbius box...breaking apart random figures to fill out the baf space...

So this finally happened. Did the leg mod and removed that God-Awful tongue. Looks absolutely amazing. What do you think?:

Congrats on Thanos and The Thing. Both are absolutely amazing figures. And they just so happen to be the two that got me into Marvel Legends collecting.

Why didn't you do it? It's super easy and it does wonders to have him standing upright.

I hope they do a more human style classic lizard, from back when he was a green guy with a nobby face and a tail.

Green, Black shirt, tattered white lab coat, Purple Pants!

My god, Curt Conners wasn’t trying to regrow his arm, he just wanted the best Hulk cosplay at Comic-Con!

I wouldn't mind a retro alternate head for the current figure.

But, personally I'm more a fan of the Todd McFarlane version of The Lizard. Hence the reason I like the current BAF. Even though the BAF Head is more dinosaur-like I still dig it:

What's the leg mod? First I've heard of it.

And yeah, MacFarlane Lizard is my preference too. Absolutely loved the Torment storyline back in the day. Such a great sequel to Kraven's Last Hunt. But would like to have classic and true MacFarlane heads one day, but that would mean a repackage and I'm extremely tired of BAFs getting single releases after the fact.

Here's the leg mod I followed. I used hot water instead of a hair dryer though:

Also I can completely understand why those who took the time to build a BAF being upset about a single or two pack release. But, personally the re-releases have been absolutely fantastic for late Marvel Legends bloomers like myself who need to get caught up.

    Thanks for the video.

And yeah, I feel ya and agree, just such a kick in the pants for those of us that support the line buying all those unnecessary characters only for Hasbro to re-release the BAF with improvements.

Important BAF I've just learned not to invest in their waves. Apocalypse, Kingpin, and professor Hulk for example.

Also first release but incomplete figures. if you know something is missing from the figures, then might as wait cause Hasbro will do a re-release eventually. I'm not a swapper, but damn if that IW spidey and IM annoys me to where I have a tiny part of me that wants too.
