Pictures of figures and whatever damage they have ARE attached the bottom of the list.


Here are the criteria of how intact and reliable these figures are:
Green: New and completely reliable figure! Complete and no damage whatsoever!
Yellow: Figure is not damaged and completely new, but is missing some/all accessories.
Blue: Figure is complete but has some loose joints, damaged parts. or bent plastic.
Purple: Figure has some broken, missing, or reglued parts.
Orange: Broken quite a bit, but can still be used for at least one if not both modes.
Red: Junk pieces of a character no longer useable, can be used for customs or just junk if you want junk.
Black: Figure has been sold.



Movie Toys


2007 Deluxe Premium Barricade: Broken head and window. I re-glued the window, and the head you can fit in between the car hood panels in robot mode and stuff into the socket it goes in for vehicle mode.


2007 Deluxe Recon Barricade: Has one broken and re-glued window. Other than that, complete. Blue Frenzy/Rumble minifigure has a broken leg.


2007 Deluxe Allspark Enhanced Barricade: Intact and nothing broken! Does not come with the red Frenzy/Rumble minifigure.


2007 Jungle Bonecrusher: Complete, but has loose arms and a broken and re-glued claw. Can still transform with no problems.


2007 Deluxe Payload: Only issue is one of the two claw pieces for the chest mechanic is missing. Other than that, the figure is complete and intact!


2007 Deluxe Overcast: Broken off wing. Also one of the arms tabs that tab into the wings in jet mode had broken off so I needed to re-glue it. Other than that, intact and complete.


2007 Deluxe Cybertronian Starscream: Has a broken leg that has been re-glued. Arm is also broken, but can be hooked back on. Has one missing thumb. Does not come with gun.

2007 Leader Nightwatch Optimus Prime: Nearly complete and has only a few missing pieces! Comes with a gun, and I also have an extra gun from another nightwatch Prime if you want two! Only missing one smokestack, and one thumb. Other than that, completely intact with working electronics!


2007 Leader Megatron: Complete, but customized. I have taken off the mace gimmick to allow taking off the arm kibble for better accurate look in robot mode. Also removed the spring on the gun, so that he can hold a pose with it. I have also removed the "fire" effect that comes out of his back when transforms. Doesn't have batteries, so I don't know if the electronics work or not. I do still have the red fire pieces if you want me to reattach them for you.


ROTF Hunt for the Decepticons Ratchet: Comes with gun and laser bullet. Has bent plastic on either side on his "skirt" pieces hooked to his hips. However this is not a real issue, as the figure still transforms fine. Figure has no other issues, aside from paint scuff marks on the red ambulance light in vehicle mode.


ROTF Deluxe Mudflap: Broken bumper piece. Tried super gluing it back on, but hat to snap it off so he could still transform. Can still ship it with the figure if you want to try to fix it yourself. Also thumb has a high stress mark, but has yet to break. Figure is still intact and has no other issues.


ROTF Deluxe Skids: Missing thumb. Might be able to find it somewhere if you really want me to, and I can try to super glue it back on. Other than that, figure has no other issues!


ROTF Deluxe Jolt: Figure is intact but is missing a panel for his vehicle mode. Does not come with any weapons.


ROTF Deluxe Sideswipe: Two broken legs that I have repeatedly tried to re-glue back on. Other than that, figure is alright.


ROTF Deluxe Swerve: Same as the other Sideswipe above, this Swerve has a broken leg that I have repeatedly attempted to re-glue. other than this, the figure is intact.


ROTF Deluxe Soundwave: Complete with no issues!


ROTF Voyager Demolisher: Complete with no issues!


ROTF Human Alliance Skids: Complete with only one issue: One of the black rail pieces on the windows has snapped off, and I had to re-glue it. Is missing Human figure. Other than that, completely fine!


Human Alliance Barricade: No idea if it's a KO or not, but it feels fine. Tabs on the legs shaved down for improved articulation. Does not affect transformation. Missing only the Frenzy minifigure. Complete and undamaged otherwise!


ROTF Human Alliance Bumblebee: Does not have human figure. Other than that, complete. However there are a few broken and re-glued bits on the backpack, but can still be transformed. Just be careful when transforming it.


ROTF Leader Jetfire: Complete and new. Comes with both the cane and little gun. Has no broken pieces. Only missing lid to his battery compartment, which is covered by his actual back in both robot and vehicle form, so it doesn't affect any transformation, or how he looks in either form!


DOTM Custom Crowbar by J Recreations: Complete and intact!


DOTM Deluxe Nitro Bumblebee: Complete and intact! No issues! Comes with gun!


DOTM Deluxe Ratchet: complete with weapon! No broken or loose or missing parts at all.


DOTM Human Alliance Skids: Complete with no issues! Does not come with human.


DOTM Human Alliance Leadfoot: Comes complete with Steeljaw. However both of his wings and the backpack have been broken off. Although all of them can still be fit into vehicle mode, the backpack is the only thing that can still be hooked to place in robot form sadly.


DOTM Voyager Optimus Prime: Still in his package! Got him way back in 2011. so you can guess the box has some damage, but the figure itself is completely intact and has not been taken out!


DOTM Voyager Megatron: Is missing one grill piece and cape. Other than that, figure is completely intact and comes with his big large gun.


DOTM Ultimate Optimus Prime: Comes complete. I have the big gun, but would like to keep it unless that's something you really want. One peg broke off of the gun and is now stuck in the combined mode hand, which is okay since the pin allows you to still peg the gun into the hand securely. One other minor broken off peg of one of the panels that peg into the legs in robot mode is not really bad, since you can still peg the panel in with other pegs next to it. Other than that, the figure is complete and intact!


DOTM Leader Sentinel Prime: This figure came to me by a faulty trade. He came with a broken leg, superglued fire hydrant, and batteries were uninstalled. Figure besides all these is pretty fine, but can only transform if you snap the leg off and re-glue it… so you'll probably only want this to be displayed in one form? I don't know. Your choice.


AOE Deluxe Drift Custom: New and complete! Comes with all four swords. Bought this from eBay and has basically the shell painted black for the car form, with the swords also painted with more realistic detail.


AOE Deluxe Snarl: I had this in a package until very recently. This thing is complete and has no issues whatsoever!


AOE Leader Grimlock: Only issue is that he is missing one dino-arm. Other than that, comes complete and is not broken or loose at all!


TLK Deluxe Barricade: Comes complete. One issue is that the back has broken off, as I had removed it whenever transforming it and over time the clear port just snapped. However, you can still have it stay pegged in both robot and vehicle mode. Other than that, the figure is intact and not loose.



Animated Toys


Deluxe Movie-verse Yellow Ratchet repaint: Has no issues, but is missing one shoulder panel that does show a bit on one side of the car mode. Comes with a few tool accessories!



TF Prime Toys


RID Deluxe Hotshot: Complete with weapons! Intact and no issues!


RID Voyager Optimus: Comes complete with sword and Gun! Has no damage or loose joints whatsoever!


Weaponizer Optimus: Comes complete with gun. Completely fine aside from one broken smokestack. Lights still work.



BW/BM/UT/


Beast Wars Transmetal II Optimal Optimus: Is missing pretty much every single accessory. Even guns and robot head are missing… so this can only be used for Gorilla and the vehicle modes. Joints work fine.


Cybertron Deluxe Unicron: Does not have a head. Can be used as a drone! No weapons. Other than these, comes complete with tight joints!


Cybertron Universe Skywarp: Comes complete! Perfectly fine, with no issues!



Studio Series/Generations/Classics/Universe/WFC/FOC/Crossover Toys


Universe Deluxe Megatron: No idea which repaint this one is, but he is SO LOOSE. Had to glue his gun arm on, but made it so that you can still transform him just fine. Does not come with any accessories.


Classics Deluxe Ironhide: Does not have gun, comes with small broken hood piece. Missing the other hood piece. Other than that, figure is intact.


Classics Thundercracker: Complete and not broken or loose. I have his guns and missiles, but they are not pictured.


Classics Voyager Ultra Magnus: SOLD


FOC Voyager Grimlock: Complete with working lights! No missing or broken parts!


Crossover Line Hulk Tank figure: SOLD

WeiJiang Megatron: Weijiang TLK Megatron, third run, has a broken arm that cannot be attached sadly. Other than that, complete and intact. Hey, maybe you can recreate what Optimus did to him in the movie XD



Masterpiece:

MP-08 Hasbro 30th Anniversary Exclusive Grimlock: Comes complete with crown, sword, and gun! Has no issues.
