The King Bat Sword/Spear I ordered whenever someone here mentioned them was FINALLY delivered today. I got the blue and I think it works perfectly for Orthia. Unfortunately I only had time to snap a few pictures before work but couldn't edit or post them. I'll put them up either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Agreed, but at least I'm finally getting Lancer one way or another. I should order Inferno soon since I will have enough extra limbs for one more complete combiner.



Orthia should be complete after this next Thursday!

 

Basically Jazz , Ricochet , Wreck-gar and Inferno has the colours of a G2 Defensor it is just missing a blue limb

Yeah, don't have a blue limb-bot. Mine will be Inferno, Jazz, Ricochet, Wreck-gar, and Hound. Or maybe an Alpha Bravo for that extra Guard City homage. We shall see.

 

A helicopter like Alpha-Bravo would imo make a great stand in since g2 blades was a helicopter

Inferno is fucking amazing, I definitely recommend him! He may be a Hot Spot retool, but definitely a stand-out!

 

I love the spear. I think it fits in with her perfectly. Not too keen on her having the sword though. Once I get some more time to mess around with other combiners I'll try and find someone better to wield it. I was gonna give it to PotP Starscream, but I have the TDW upgrade hands on him and they can't hold it very well.

Also, it really urks me that Elita-1 and Starscream are just slightly different. Their bot mode knees are designed a little differently so while the legend class seekers can be wedged into his combined mode, they can't be wedged into hers. I bought a set of weapon handle extensions from Shapeways a couple weeks ago and was able to conjure up a combination of them to give Thundercracker (Sonic Boom, or whatever the hell I named her) something to hold on to. I'll have to paint them, but I don't know what color yet. Also, I'm rambling. Sorry, had a few to drink after work. The point is: Spear=Good.

 

I could see CW G2 Vortex or UW Hepter working well for a G2 Blades.

 

Blue police car type could be tfcc Bluestreak but might be pricy. Alpha bravo for a rescue flyer work well as well for my « guard city » combiner

Random vehicles do not a Defensor make.
Blue Helicopter, white ambulance and black police car.
I will accept no substitutes for G2 Defensor.

 

I think remember watching a video that they apologise they could not make a g2 defensor and if they can they would make it somehow even with different characters.

So maybe they have done it like what i stated as i dont see them missing a chance to have a repeating use for a new mold

 

They can be different characters just so long as they are those vehicles.
I've even suggested RBA Whirl, Medix and Checkpoint as the characters to use.

 

Does LG-Big Powered fall into PotP?
