I'm not going to post them here but a ton of pics for Arad's armor pack are popping up on Instagram now. Can't wait!

A truly insane design with no cohesion at all

the pic next to the Armored VF25s ozma shows the difference....the armor pack on the 25 is so much smoother

Is there a B&S thread on MW? I'm not sure as I can't seem to find one.

There is but I think you need a certain amount of credibility on the site (post count) to access it.

I think it looks off because the missile pods are left pushed forward. It shouldn't be like that but yeah, compared to Ozma's, it doesn't look as clean.

The Armored Parts Sets look really interesting. I like the idea of making it look like the original GBP-1S but actually allowing the Valkyrie to transform. To me, it actually looks too bulky for the sleek VF-31.

But on the other hand it really makes the VF-31 a mech you won't want to mess with which is the whole idea.

Speaking of GBP, I took my Yamato V2 1/60 armor apart while rearranging stuff and that is a damn good toy design. It comes together solidly and integrates very well with the VF-1.

Anything in particular you're looking for?

Saw a VF-31E for 20,000yen in nakano broadway a few days ago, but the revival VF-25G is still at 30,000....ffffffff

DX VF-31's or a 1/55 Strike Valk. Really depends on the condition and pricing or other valks that I might end up getting interested in. I'm not sure if I ever signed up for MW forum. Even if I did, I can't remember my username or the email I used. I used to visit MW a lot back then when it still had its website. I remember Twin Moons webstore and the custom Yammie decals they used to carry. I think this was at the height of the 1/48 Yamato Valks.

Newly posted on MW DX 31 thread.

Is in Mandarin unfortunately, however I believe that it should be easy to understand if you know how it works out.

It actually still has its own site, brings back memories. All the pics Shawn and Graham archived back in the day are still on there. I miss the frequent Yamato updates and the time leading up to the 1/48 release was pretty exciting.

TMP, that brings back memories too!

Every now and then some of our members post their Valkyries for sale on here in our BST forum, some of whom don't frequent this thread.

Not sure if you're looking for any particular version of the DX VF-31 but yesterday I saw a listing for Messer's VF-31F preowned at Amiami for under $200 before shipping. As far as the 1/55 Strike, last one I saw was $500+ complete. I regret passing on the $220+ one that was at Mandarake for years.

I do check the B&S here and Manda as well. Nothing has really come up as far as one in very decent condition for the strike. Oh well. I did go on a long hiatus with buying toys. During that period was when, not in chronological order, Yamato started doing the current 1/60 Valks, Yamato folded/ Arcadia began, TMP closed, the main MW site stopped updating...

I don't know what you're looking to spend, but a local toy shop near me may still have a vintage boxed Strike 1/55 for somewhere around $450. I could check it out if you are interested.
