Quick question. Chopper Drift or car Dropkick?

Well I can only buy one. Think I'll go with Drift since he seems to be rarer. Plus I low-key want a break from car Tformers anyways lol

 

I like drift but dropkick in my opinion is way better. Seems to be more sturdy and has better body language in robot mode. Drift is great but he's a little small and stocky and hands are a little goofy especially since he has swords it's tough to get into some good poses without wrist rotation

Ok gang, because the chest windows are on friction hinges, you can easily pop and swap. However I'm not sure if I want to stick with it. The red seems to be deeper on the DOTM version by virtue of it being painted on opaque blue plastic as opposed to clear plastic.

What do you guys think?

 

I did, I really did but Drift just looks so awesome.

Now that I think about it, imma get Dropkick since he seems to be in higher demand than Drift.

 

It's a tough call. I see what you mean about the deeper red but the various shades are red on Prime all fluctuate a little bit that I think the clear windows don't stand out that much.

I'm curious though. Is the silver paint on the inside or outside of the windows on the DOTM version? It wouldn't be too difficult to take some rubbing alcohol and try to strip the silver off.

 

Thanks for the input. You're right on the reds fluctuating, though I think the red of the clear windows and the 07/ROTF abs match up color wise as do the DOTM abs and non-clear windows, and because those are front and center on his body when you swap them the slight difference in red becomes a bit more noticeable. The thing to note about the DOTM Leader windows is that they are molded in blue plastic, and the red and silver are painted on top of that. So unfortunately removing the silver wouldn't particularly help there....
