I thought it was new, I was under the impression that Shockwave and its wave mates weren’t going to be out until September or October. Nice, I haven’t seen any of the spark Armor figures(smaller ones) in Target around me.

Got sky byte, fun little scout and sadly better than the generations voyager. Have him hanging around my original ruination. Now I want someone to come with a fire truck armor down the line so I can give it to him and recreate his fire convoy cosplay.

Saw some CVs at Best Buy today. Bumblebee, Slipstream, Shockwave and Prowl. I was hoping to see Skybite and Cheetor. Booo.

Got to grab that armor Shockwave. Wonderful looking figure. I’ve skipped most of Cyberverse because for me if it doesn’t have neck, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees then it’s no good.

Gnaw however? Might be one of my favorite toys this year. He takes an already excellent figure, upscales it and gives it a fresh coat of Geewun for an absolutely charming package. He’s sitting on my desk in robot mode all dumpy and fat and honestly I just love him to bits and he makes me smile. More like this please.

 

Got 2 on order from amazon, hoping for target to get them in so I can get one for free with a gift card. Just wish amazon would hurry up and ship them

Spark armor Shockwave!

 

How’s he feel? Balatrix was comparing it to “a happy meal toy”.

 

Feels good. Elbows are a little loose. But plastic wise he feels fine, similar to a RID15 warrior.

 

I unexpectedly found Deadlock (no Gnaw) today while looking for Cheetor and decided to cave since he's a nice change of pace from the usual characters who get toys. He is...not good. The gimmick doesn't really work well at all and he suffers from the usual problems. He looks fine with others though, and he's not as spectacularly bad as Acid Storm, but that's a low bar.


Alt mode is pretty nice though!
