Have we seen anything about those sets since then?

 

i think stock packaged shots popped up on weiboo or some other site like that about a month ago for red onslaughts box set and yellow superions box set but thats about it

100% Agree.

It was already hard enough keeping track of 3P figures and KO figures given there isn't really a consistent agreed upon way of naming the threads (some are better than others). And when the board made the move to remove the name of some of the KO company's from the titles it became even harder to keep track.

Now throwing everything KO related into one mega-thread makes it even more confusing and the thread useless (I feel) as there are now unlimited KO items that are all supposed to be discussed in just one thread.

What's the point?

The mods can do whatever they want - but if it makes things more difficult for their members, I'm not sure why they'd do it - or at least provide some sort of explanation so that we could try to understand.

100% Agree. Is this a cost-issue? I guess I'm just having a hard time even understanding why it's a big deal at all. If I had to guess, does it have something to do with site-sponsors?

I agree. Those figures are perfect for customs and spare/missing limbs. I snagged the V2 Defensor set from sirtoys and used Alpha Bravo & POTP Inferno to throw together a quick Guard City. Just need to get some new faction symbols applied

 

I'm so confused... Can someone give me the TL;DR version of what's going on here? Posts are kind of out of place, people are complaining, others are apologizing... WTH happened?

 

Mods merged multiple KO threads into one thread, which has all the KOs in one place and so it is now difficult to keep track of items you were following.

It doesn't say what was done to get the head on but it doesn't look like it took much. At least there is someone you can definitely ask about it, though.

The head from that isn't as nice as a G1 RT's, though. It's still my plan for when I get a printer soon.

 

Are there Legends size sets of combiners Aerialbots, Protectobots, Technobots or others? Like the size of War Giant or Hulkie.

 

My roommate has a printer, I just kind of suck at painting haha. I found a junker rotorstorm cheap enough on eBay so I think I’m going to attempt it.

There were multiple KO threads?? I knew of this one and Sir Toys and that was a while ago. There were more?!

I'm not nosing around or trying to tell anyone how to do their job, so my next words aren't pointed like a dagger just of pure bewilderment... Why? What was the offending thing that forced all of this together and what on Earth was the straw that broke the camel's back? I'm so confused with this thread at this point that I've considered ending my subscription to it because I can't make heads or tails over what's going on it at this point and what's what. So, again, not a criticism and not pointing fingers, I'm just trying to understand what the heck is going on. *shrugs*

One of the merged threads (that I was following) was one about a KO Loud Petal MP, one was on the "Power Ranger" Dinobot set, another was about the anime recolored MPs getting a KO version. The only real commonality was that they were KO related, this was just sloppy and knee jerked for whatever reasons (we don't know cause no one is talking about it, it would be nice to have some transparency when "things go wrong").

 

Dig the overall look. Got a link to that particular KO set? Also where are those feet from?
