Seriously why is it soooo difficult for some buyers to leave a Seller Positive Feedback?? Holy shit! Not gonna name drop or anything but I swear some eBay folks are just F'N rude. I mean I go above and beyond ALWAYS (unless I'm out of town) to make sure I get whatever I sold to the buyer ASAP,even sometimes giving away an extra figure or paying for the shipping. I swear the nerves of some ppl in this world.

Feel free to share some Seller horror stories on eBay lol,SMFH!.

Sold two refurbished Soundwaves & Blasters from G1 two years back. Buyer tried to say they never received it the day I shipped it - with 14 days left for the delivery period - with paypal. over 600 messages on ebay later, buyer receives package & starts complaining that they are not NEW, TIGHT or MINT STICKERS. Listed as previously owned & repaired. 10 Pictures listed. Even sent them additional pictures as they asked about each one. Lucky for me I had photo-documented the entire boxing process as well as having the shipping receipts. Buyer files claim with ebay that i sent wrong items. items sent back - box contains someone's loose parts failed restoration project w/o even the screws to hold them together, in one large ziplock bag. Ebay sides with me because the copyrights on the figures, as well as the backs of what I received do not match the listing pictures.

Horror story begins with Paypal complaint filed there - the money got frozen, thus freezing the checking account. Suffer through that process & eventually get my account unfrozen & funds restored. Taught me a lesson - Using paypal? Open a second account only for paypal!

What upsets me the most is that eBay is allowing these scams to happen and sides with them. I had a similar situation happen (posted in this thread) about a scammer who had been sending microSD cases to people instead of the product. Well I wasn't even fortunate enough to get that - I got nothing. But the scammer had proof that "something" was sent to my zip code. Not to my address necessarily, but to my zip code. Well this was all the information eBay needed to side with him instead of me. EBay claimed they had evidence the item was sent, so I couldn't receive a refund. I appealed the decision, and again they sided with the scammer. So all it takes to scam someone is to send an item (any item) to the correct zip code, but make sure that the recipient has no way of finding the object. I even called the post office, and they couldn't verify the item went to my address, yet somehow eBay was convinced it did.

Also going through PayPal got me nowhere - they just directed me to eBay's dispute page. Hopefully you have better luck!

That all sounds horrible. Fairly different from my situation, but still horrible.
I sure hope Paypal helps me. I feel like my case is very one-sided as far as wheeljackslab being fully in the wrong for a few reasons, but then, I never thought he'd get away with what he did on ebay either.

As I expected, wheeljackslab even waited until the 9th day of the 10 days paypal gave him to respond to my case just to be petty and draw things out as long as he can.
I can't wait till this is over and I have my money back. Right now I have nothing but $150 gone to nothing at all but stress and hassle over the last 2 weeks.
Sure hope whatever lie he told Paypal doesn't get him anywhere.

Obviously this guy doesn't rip off everyone he deals with or he wouldn't be in business anymore at all, but when he does, he really goes all-out with it.

Fairly certain I just fell for a scam. Bought a TE-01 from acfun_toys on a sale he was offering. A after I bought it negative reviews came pouring in. Still listed as paid not shipped, so I'm just gonna wait a week or so here before making noise. I feel like a damn idiot.

I just came to this thread to specifically warn that eBay seller acfun_toys looks like they've decided to become a scammer.

Their listings keep coming up in my eBay searches, but the prices are too good to be true. After checking out the seller's recent feedback I'd suggest that anyone should perhaps wait a few weeks to see if the feedback ends up getting worse or the seller works things out before purchasing anything from them.

As things are, any purchases from here on out are definitely at your own risk.

I purchased a legends figure from them about a week ago as I’ve had good experiences in the past. So far the tracking info looks as expected so I will see what happens when the figure is supposed to arrive

Something seems to be going on with them, but I'm not sure what. Maybe they are shipping out smaller orders and scamming on bigger ones? Maybe scamming every 10th order or something like that. Who knows? The last person who left them a lot of positive feedback on there had only 3 feedback themselves and bought a lot different Optimus Prime figures which seems weird but could be possible.

Like I said, personally, I'd wait await a couple weeks and monitor their feedback closely if I wanted to order from there, but that's just me.

Feedback looked good at the moment I bought, but then like a switch flipped. I was updated with a tracking number and an email from him thanking me for the purchase It's a waiting game now. I'm prepared to fight tooth and nail should things go south though

That's somewhat comforting. We shall see...

Yup. All their listings are gone and they have a bunch more negative feedback.

Hi guys, I'm based in the UK and bought a BMB KO Optimus from acfun_toys - he thanked me quickly and sent me a tracking number but the tracking number indicates the package is destined for the USA, it doesn't say where. Is this normal or have I definitely been scammed?
I cant imagine what the purpose of sending something to the WRONG CONTINENT would serve. I have no option to give the guy the benefit of the doubt and hope its passed over from USPS to royal mail or whomever in the UK, but I'm not confident - 38 reports of negative feedback since I placed my order (he had none before!!!) hows that for luck!

Anyway if any of you have ordered from china in the past to the UK can you let me know if going via the US is in fact normal, it would make me feel a bit better, that is until a bit of lego turns up

My order from them recently shows the package at a packing center and no movement from there. It looks like I was scammed also and didn’t notice all the bad info before I ordered. I spoke to Ebay and it sounds like they will refund the money after the expected delivery date.

Mine has been sitting at Hangzhou in China since Aug. 2nd. I guess this is what would be considered a fake tracking #. Considering their eBay page is inactive (last time I checked) I’ve given up hope at this point.

I'm in the USA but nothing about that sounds legit. I could be wrong, but I would assume that any packages from China to the UK would travel over Europe to get there and not over the USA.

I fear that worse will come to worst with your transaction and you'll have to file a dispute. However, a quick phone call to either eBay or PayPal should clear all of this up pretty easily if your package shows that it was delivered to the USA somewhere.
