That just isn’t right from my point of view. She’s very proud of her heritage as a Human, and making her fully Cybertronian takes away the most unique thing about her.

I think it’s possible to continue developing her character, without the need for drastic external changes.

 

If I had a suggestion it would be to one of the decepticons to join the autobots or vice versa.

 

A Decepticon defector would be more interesting; there are already Blackarachnia and Wasp as Autobot turncoats, and Shockwave as a double-agent.

She could still use her human form. In fact, that is her main form. But when in battle, she'd probably need to use her bulkier autobot form

 

@CyndaquilDAC I did read about Foo. Given that he got the name from being a martial artist, that choice of name comes off as rather culturally unsensitive, especially since that spelling of "Foo" isn't even the spelling used in the martial art of Kung-Fu. In fact "Foo" spelled that way refers most famously to the "Foo Fighters" of World War 2, that were sighted repeatedly by aircraft crews on all sides.

And as for Sari using an "Autobot" form, at least in my version of things her main strengths come from abusing her small size and mobility to get the upper hand. It also helps that being techno-organic really throws potential enemies for a loop.

 

Maybe Blitzwing?

 

Blitzwing is too chaotic. Maybe a bot like Cyclonus, who's only following Megatron because he's anticipating the latter's rebirth as Galvatron. Not that specific motive, but something similar. Only fighting with the Decepticons because their goals happen to align at that moment.

 

Hmmm, I could possibly see Swindle?

 

Swindle is definitely not above selling out to the Autobots temporarily, if they offer enough credits.

 

But what would keep him on the Autobot side? More credits?

 

Feed him enough credits and he'll stay. Until he finds a more lucrative offer.

Lugnut is probably the last person to ever defect. He's too loyal to Megatron.

 

Oh, woops, forgot. Starscream could, but it'd be for his own uses.

 

I think one of the better options would be for Blackarachnia to flip back to being an Autobot, though how she'd be redeemed is foggy at best.

 

Well if she is going to flip back and forth, she might aswell just be a neutral then.
