I really hope 07 Megatron gets a SS figure but that still doesn’t complete the 07 Decepticon cast. Everyone seems to have forgotten Frenzy.

 

Picked up a loose Stockade for 15 bucks today. He's really fun. Love his alt-mode and gimmick.

I think this is an obvious thing Hasbro should listen to.

 

I said I wanted a 07 megatron with a frenzy,

 

So happy I finally got my proper movieverse Optimus with trailer at long last.  

 

Mine just can't come any faster.

 

I have to eventually get rid of one of these and I honestly don't know which. Each has their merits and their faults. LT-02's paint job is obviously better, and he holds together great in truck mode, but his plastic feels slightly flimsy and he doesn't hold together great in bot mode. MPM-04 has his issues in truck mode, but is pretty solid in bot mode. He also will look more at home with the other MPMs, and he's an official release.

Gotta say, I’m kinda surprised no 3Ps have made a trailer for MPM-4 given that it’s been out for 2 years already. I hope someone’ll at least upscale the SS trailer and modify the jetpack to work with it at some point.

Honestly suprised lt02 is the flimsy one. I have it and its solid. All reviews that compared him with mpm04 show that lto2 was more sturdier.

Odd... i would say lt02 still, as his chest seems to align better in bot mode.

 

While everyone is talking about Studio Series and previous movie mainline figures, I'd figure it would be a good time to appreciate these little guys every now and then. The legion and commander class figures were the ones to start my interest in collecting. Pity that they stopped putting out quality figures of them.

It's funny how you mention that - as that dotm Optimus prime (the one with the jetpack, not the blades or trailer) is the very transformer that got me into collecting (or at least buying toys again) about 2 years ago.

Those were some pretty nice figures, and I probably would've collected more of them if it wasn't for studio series! I was totally ready to pay a premium on that blackout, but then rumors of a leader class blackout popped up, so I decided against it. The commander class figures were totally awesome!  

 

How is the white lt? I want one, bit I can't find anyone who has him.
