Almost correct. We are doing a toy reset for the Christmas season. Making sure all past and new stock gets put up. My work has a clunker bee and sideswipe and I am very tempted but idk. I need more shelves before I buy more toys I told myself I'd never buy again.

 

With them emptying out the warehouse for the Holidays, hopefully they can get the next wave early.

 

Same. Although this seems to be happening only at Walmarts where im at. Target had the wave 7 voyagers the first day moved, but theyve only had Rampage ever since.

I recently got my mpm Megatron from bbts, but I'm having an issue with his hips. The ratchets on his right leg are solid, but his left leg ratchets have way more wiggle room in between clicks and it doesn't match up with the right leg. This leads to him not being able to stand straight most of the time, as he'll tilt to the left. It's not the end of the world, but it bothers me considering the cost of the figure. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

I don't have mpm megs but I remember having a similar issue with my 2007 Voyager Megatron where the ratchets in the left leg were looser and had more wiggle room. I unscrewed and opened up the legs and compared the 2 hip ratchets to see that a few ratchet bumps were worn down on the left hip ratchet, causing the leg to have less friction against the spring. I simply reinserted the hip ratchet upside down, so that the thicker ratchet bumps that weren't worn down had more friction against the spring.

Idk if that's the case, the whole left ratchet joint might just have smaller bumps than the right. Maybe you could thicken each bump with a coat of liquid superglue at the top so there's less wiggle room, or maybe replace the spring with a stronger spring from a pen.

 

Ok. I'll take a look at doing that then. I'm not well-versed in taking apart figures, and I don't think I have the correct tools to take apart the waist, but I'll see what I can do about it. Thank you.

 

You know, the more I think about it, the more I realize Bumblebee movie may have gone through a massive rewrite, which is why it has one foot in the OG movie elements like BB becoming a Camaro at the end and the other foot in the more G1 centered stuff.

Hasbro tends to use outdated concept art when designing toys so their release coincides with the movie. The Energon Igniters toys used the Bayformers designs of Hot Rod, Ratchet, Optimus, and Barricade, but with new vehicle designs. Two of them don’t even appear in the movie, and the other two are complete redesigns. Hasbro has released toys in the past that weren’t in the movie, but Jess Harnell, the voice of Barricade, actually said he was reprising his role as Barricade in the Bumblebee movie: Jess Harnell Reprises His Role As Barricade For Transformers: Bumblebee - Transformers News - TFW2005

This could also explain why Hasbro has given such an unclear answer on whether it’s a prequel or a reboot. I don’t think they even knew. Maybe they only declared it a reboot after it did so well.

Well great for you guys there, however, wave 5 is shelf warming here in Singapore and wave 6 just seemed to hit and go. I'm still missing Scrapmetal... Hope the stock from somewhere decides to come here. Meanwhile wave 7 are all in my grasp at all major retailers so that is a good thing.
