Yes and no. I felt the original anime dragged those early chapters out a little too much, so Brotherhood corrected that. They just went through them a little too quickly, but I'd rather have it be quick that slow and boring. I'd say that maybe 3 extra episodes could have been added, but not much more.

Finally finished part 3 of JoJo, and Man was that a fun ride. I already knew who was going to die due to the internet, but it was still sad so see.

Kinda wish there were more figures of this franchise. They all seem to be “super action statues”.

Got to say, I’m enjoying Code Geass so far. It’s not too over the top.

Oh, you ain't seen 'nothing yet.

That said, by the time things start going off the rails, you're too engrossed with the characters to care. Objectively speaking, it's a pretty rough and messy series. But it does its thing with such style and conviction that you have to applaud the effort anyways. To this date, it still has one of the most emotionally satisfying conclusions in all of anime, IMO.

Also, if you know how to play chess, prepare to wince every time the games are shown onscreen for more than just a split-second take. The animators clearly do not know chess.

The 1st episode of Symphogear GX was hilarious. I really like Hibiki much more now.

Watched Vandread recently too, was surprised how fun it was.

I think by the time Hibiki gives that really sappy speech to Miku near the end of Symphogear G is when I really liked her, it was really touching. GX's first episode is one of the best first episodes in any anime ever.

Getting caught up on Hitorobocchi. Good lord am I glad I waited to binge. So sweet, funny, and I relate a tad too much with Bocchi and her social awkwardness. Now if crunchyroll and it's player weren't such a pain in the arse this would be easier to watch. Just love watching 8 commercials for attack on titan in a flippin row.

I watched the next 6 episodes of Symphogear GX last night and it was just funny. The crazy situations they get into.

Recently I decided to go for some nostalgia and rewatch an anime I grew up with during high school, Shakugan no Shana.
I quickly remembered how catchy the openings were hahaha

I finished Symphogear GX the amount of Kiseki (miracles) in this show are unbelievable. My favorite Symphogear users in order are.

    Tsubasa (Favorite Singer)
    Hibiki
    Shirabe (2nd Favorite)
    Kirika
    Miku (I guess she counts.)
    Chris
    Maria.

I was getting serious railgun vibes from Leiur Darâhim the way she was using the coins.

Currenly up to ep. 10 of Vandread Second Stage, gonna finish off the last 4 eps. tonight

Nirvana crew destroyed a Harvester mothership in the season 1 finale (which also attracted another 5 motherships), the feels in ep. 16 and had no idea Hibiki was one of the 1st generation colonists

That ending to Kimetsu no Yaiba:thumb :thumb :thumb
Think they changed it from the manga I think, I thought we didn't find that stuff out till the 4th pillar fight. Still Ufotable did a excellent job.
