The darker tones are gorgeous. I own the leader Striker Prime version that first featured the more dull blues and reds and thought it looked incredible. This Movie the Best figure takes it a step further and adds in those extra gold and silver details that Striker lacked.

It's very pretty looking. And even better that you got it on sale! Enjoy him!!  

Well, it was either that or release him with the spring loaded swords and I don't think anyone would have liked that  

It is funny though that we never got a leader Prime mold with the correct forearms from the first 2 movies.

 

I am willing to bet MPM's and and the studio series line have no end as long as the movies keep being made....it makes more sense from a business standpoint to continue to dish out the more detailed toys in this line and keep all the kid toys aside...kinda like what they did with bumblebee. Also MP's have been around for awhile...I believe the MPM's will be around for a very long time as well.

What you like is totally subjective so I don't mean to argue with you but I think the hands look fine because the proportions on bayverse figures are quite varied already, plus I don't care about it being super screen accurate so long as the signature looks and key elements are there. I think if the hands were bigger, it runs the risk of having bulbous forearms and hands when compared with the elbow joint which is so much smaller. It would make the arm look more oblong. I am also not really a fan of the original shoulder design that also looks really weird and weak given the weight of the rest of the arm hanging of that much smaller shoulder joint, so the extra bulk is a welcome addition to make that area look stronger.
Still ultimately up to you but I wouldn't miss this figure just on (what I consider to be) some minor gripes. Best TF Movie Brawl yet, and in MP scale.

Also how dumb is it that we are hated for having different tastes than someone? I hate no one if they like stuff I dont. I may not like it but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to like it. Example would be teen titans go,

Someone asked for a comparison of all the current constructicons. I have all 4 except hightower, so here goes.
Best is probably rampage. He's just overall fun to play with. He's also pretty large.
Scrapmetal is honestly pretty dope too. He's not the coolest looking or the must fun, but he is the most solid of the three I got.
Longhual was the one I was most excited for, but hes not my fav. He looks freaking dope, and is chunky as hell. But he also has a good chunk of kibble.
