While I may agree that I'm not sure about the Batmobile in that particular deco, the flag thing is a personal preference thing in my opinion..i think it's actually a bit insulting that we're supposed to wipe out part of this nations history to wipe it all away. Forgetting mistakes of the past opens us up to repeating the same mistakes.
Cool, didn’t know these existed. Pretty cool. Getting rid of the flag from the General Lee is ridiculous btw.
A General Lee looks incomplete without the flag, but I understand Mattel not wanting to put it on their products. People who revere that flag have forgotten and are repeating those mistakes, not those who oppose using it.
I agree, it was a fun show. From what I understand Acceleracers was ended early because the popularity of the cartoon overshadowed the rest of the Hotwheels brand. Members of the marketing team feared that it would typecast the brand so Acceleracers got the axe. Source: Why AcceleRacers was Cancelled
The front is detachable! I bought this today & I was playing, I mean examining it, & was like- "Does this front come off?"
I decided to try out a KenKraft model. It’s a 1/50 truck. Makes me want a trailer and construction vehicle to go with it... And to keep it on topic...
Good! While I liked Acelleracers, from what I've seen, typecast is not a good outcome for something/someone. Very limiting.
That's how the casting was originally until the cost cutters came in and cast it shut. I'm glad the tooling for the original was never destroyed.
So, my Walmarts resorted to using the bin of death. As such I hardly ever bother anymore. But tonight...I did, and scored! Super Treasure Hunt and regular Treasure Hunt Haul!!!! Actually, I found two Super Treasures! In a bin of death no less. One was creased thanks to it being in a bin of death, but whatever. Grabbed it anyway for a friend If you do find a Lamborghini Aventador J, the regular vehicle is a bright orange paint job, while the Super TH is a darker orange and metallic with different wheels and the "TH" on the rear in front of the rear wheel (the differing paint job is also reflected on the card art): Then there's the regular TH "Cyber Speeder" But yeah. I went to go look for some G1 cassettes at Walmart, and left with these instead
