There are other “big” characters that will probably be released first, but I want an Ashe/B.O.B. set now dangit!
Ordered me dat Genji off of Amazon. Now to determine if I want anyone else from wave 1, or if I should just wait for tgeir repaints.

Can't wait for the new generation of kids tripping while playing and screaming "I NEED HEALING" Also a bit of fun discussion: if they ere to make a Sigma figure, do you guys think Hasbro would add a clear base to simulate his hovering or just have it stand on its feet?
Has Hasbro ever made a stand before now that I think about it? Personally, I’d imagine that they’d make an effect part to look like he’s floating, but I’m not sure.
Okay, so in excitement for my Genji arriving later this week, I finally picked up some figures from this line. I was initially only going to spend $40, but I knew I wanted both the Pharah/Mercy 2-pack and Tracer and that I wouldn’t be satisfied without Tracer so I got her too. My initial thoughts of them are that they look and feel a lot better in-hand then they seemed in box, especially Tracer’s oversized googles. They remind me a lot of Marvel Legends too, as they are essentially built the same, and thats a good thing. I do have some complaints though. Both Mercy and Tracer have paint issues, and that is something I’ve seen on every copy I’ve seen in stores since they first came out. Pharah also has a deformed ganky left open hand, and neither of the three can really hold their weapons all that well. Pharah’s just falls out, and Mercy’s hands just can’t hold her staff at all. Poor design IMO. That said, they still all are lovely and I’m glad to have picked them up. Pharah is my favorite and I’m really impressed she is considerably only “$20”, as with her wings and flame effects(and the stand), she feels like she’s worth more around $35, so I’d really recommend her. Now, next time I get paid I’m going to have to pick up Sombra, Reyes, the Ana/Solider: 76 2-pack, Rein, and the Gold 76 that some people have already got their hands on, on ebay. Gamestop also has the Bitrate Lucio as coming out on the 15th, and the Carbon Fiber/Midnight 4-pack as coming out on the 25th. I’ve also seen that some chinese reviewers have gotten their hands on the Brothers 2-pack, the Posh McCree/Tracer 2-pack, and the next single release waves. Guess those should be hitting within the next month or so too.
Mercy holds her staff pretty easily. It just works better being held at a downward angle. Finally saw the Tracer mask. Thay solid plastic hair though...
The hands on my are literally about a mm to big. There is no friction at all with the rod, it can sit perfectly center in the hand and not touch it at all, which is use both hands in a “rack” like fashion. lol If they make a 76 mask that can detach like this one I’ll probably pick it up. Then I can be Fat Dad 76. EDIT: Hey @Yaujta. Think we can get the thread renamed to “Hasbro Overwatch Ultimates” now? Little over do IMO.
I picked up the Ana/Soldier 2 pack recently and Ana can barely hold her rifle which sucks :/ Soldier was a pain to get him to hold his gun but at least he can!
Got my Chrome Genji in today. First impressions are really good. He feels a lot better sculpted and painted then any of the Wave 1 figures. A much better “built” figure, IMO, and he’a great. The Chrome colorscheme is a great one, flipping the placement of a lot of colors yet still be easily recognizable. It was a good choice for his debut figure. He cones with his two swords, a hand throwing his shurikens, and another.... pointing hand? Oh well, for $20 he is well worth it! (Please forgive my Grandma’s Coffee Table in the background.) I’d give him a solid 9/10, definitely reccomend him!
The Tracer and McCree pack is available on Amazon now. I really only want it to swap Tracer's head with my wave 1 figure since it's a much accurate shade of orange, and vice versa with her posh outfit. Would anyone be willing to buy McCree alone for $20?
