Got him today, liking him more the more I mess with him
Not sure what it is, some kind of generic feel or look to him, can't put my finger on what it is
maybe the plastic? nothing feels like /looks like there will be breakage or issues
but something off -- looks amazing

No probs as far as transforming
And can get some decent range out of the shoulders.......


Day 2 shoulders are an absolute annoyance!!
Every time I move an arm things are bumping & rubbing - still love him though
Decided to take off the shoulder spikes
A lot better , don't have to mess with those every time. But left me a gap in alt mode ( worth the sacrifice to me)

Thought about cutting off ball joint off red spike and gluing to car roof backpack
But it would get in the way of the arms

for me I transform my figures a lot, so tight clearances make it not as fun ,but I would equal it to WFC bumblebee (however not loose and fiddly like bee) some things are a pain to get where they go ,but in the way once everything is tabbed and together its one solid vehicle mode


I had my bugs out and I thought they were fine before / but dam I wish the insecticons were bigger & beefier

 

Finally shipped out my stack with Ratchet and Ironhide. Love the LOOK of both of them, but man, Ironhide was horrible to transform. Every part of his shoulders was stuck in place, and not just the frequent PX clearance issues. I had to completely disassemble his chest and shoulders to work on them. Took me a really long time to get one should off the inner chest peg, thought for sure I'd broken it or stressed it significantly, but once it was finally off, the peg was very rough, but not a stress mark on it; damn good plastic quality in there! Filed down a bit of the shoulder connector, shaved down a bit of the swivel arm track inside the shoulder guard, reassembled everything and he moves like he should now! Ratchet was a cake walk; put his gun together and he was good to go.

 

Hmm, I had to trim, realign, and reassemble the entire chest and shoulders on mine, but didn't have to touch the legs or feet, although the clearances are extremely tight. Looking at mine, it's not a pin that holds the foot on, but a screw. That thick black swivel arm the foot attaches to has a screw hole down it that connects into the foot's peg that rotates around 360. Without disassembling mine, can't tell what type of screw beyond phillips. You might simply need to line it back up and tighten down the screw if it's still inside, or replace the screw altogether. If the screw hole in the foot's peg is stripped out, though, you're gonna need something like super glue, and some careful hands. You could build up the inner walls of the peg's screw hole with enough glue to give the (replacement) screw more material to anchor onto, but it may not be a long time fix either way.

 

Sure most of you could have let me know, but I just figured out -- I'm a total idiot

It is just a screw his foot attaches
My left foot I did have to really push together for it to bite (I will have to replace that one with a fatter screw down the road )

If your feet are getting loose --'give foot a turn or 2

 

Going to need another ironhide gun

 

I wish px would release a weapon pack.

 

I know a few have been asking, I'd even be happy if it was a big unassembled kit like what came with Cross Dimensions Striker Noir. Mostly, I just want a FoC weapon pack because of how annoyed I am that I have 5 seekers, and they all have the exact same weapons. Heck, I'm not particularly thrilled that Nemesis Prime has all the same weapons as Optimus, but at least there's enough included pieces for variety there.

 

hey Planet X take a look here Ironhide/ratchet legs look like they will work ( foot just flipped with some toe lines )
( same style lower chest transparent ironhide has just use arms from preceptor the chest looks like one you can use for Bee/ Cliff ( that you will have to make as well)

I wish I could go back in time to the release of both games. I haven't played games that intensely in years. All the hours playing Escalation and multiplayer were truly good times.

Please let Transformers Online be good. And have a horde mode.

 

Does Planet X have any customer contact? Just got Ratchet and his legs straight sheared off during transformation right at the joint. If they can send me the joint I can swap it out.

 

That I am aware of, just Messinger via Facebook. Fair warning: They're lousy at communicating and they take their sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet time sending you (er the store you bought the fig from) the replacement part(s). Talking from a long, extensive, personal experience here.

 

So these guys are voyager sized right? Would anyone be able to post a pic of them with their MP counterparts?

 

You're probably better off contacting your seller to see if they can get replacement parts.

 

Unless the retailer itself has the replacement parts, they'll have to go through Planet X for it (and we go back to their lousy communication skills and lethargic times to send the parts  ).
