Love the price point! Before I saw the $5, I was guessing $10 or so and thinking, "Maybe one". I might get into these. I love how they think we could paint the Autobot and Decepticon symbols like that. haha. Unless they come with a stencil or stickers.... I'm still fine with that, i'd use Toyhax stickers after I painted and clearcoat sealed them.

I'm kinda disappointed it's another case of GeeWUN pandering tho. I was hoping in something more unique and/or that could carry more details. Even just doing the G1 designs but covered in cybertronian mech detailing, like the WfC figs. would have given these more personality.

Still quite likely to get some tho... I'm not trying to be Negative Nancy.

 

I like that they're unpainted, good for customization and army building. I'm gonna make a UK golden Megatron and a few Decepticon Cavalry seekers to fight Delta Magnus and Glyph.

Bought on sight! I will be incorporating them into my D&D campaign. I have been wanting them to make TF figurines forever. 

 

When I first saw that image I burst into tears from laughing so hard. That looks abysmal! And I used to think this was bad!

To my DM: I'm playing as Air Commander Starscream, I can transform and take on dragons in the air with my rockets.

 

I like the yellow/green/blue OP. I didn't know he existed till now.

For someone who has collected their D&D Icons of the Realms minis (and some if Pathfinder), I cannot recommend them enough. Deep Cuts/Nolzurs come pre-coated already as well. Not that I can paint, so I am gonna skip these. Clever choice with Starscream, people can repaint him as any of the seekers.
Btw, they already made deep cuts MLP FiM minis too!  

Plastic. Pewter died ages ago. Not even GW makes metal minis anymore as far as I know.

It says they come with stickers. I very much hope the faction symbols are included among them because my hand skills for such small detail is zero.

 

My dream would be a crossover/amalgam of D&D and Transformers. I had so many ideas on this... Shockwave would be a beholder, Ravage would be a displacer beast... Optimus would of course be a Paladin, and Starscream a treacherous drow rogue.  

Deep Cuts/Nolzur's are pretty cheap. Even the Huge sized minis come for 15$ at most. And now they are doing Gargantuan sized ones, like dragons and a kraken. I would not be surprised that if this does well, they will make gestalts and titans.

In Faerun that name would not be so alien at all.   Also I bet he would be a paladin of Torm.  

 

I play Heroclix and my group were all excited at the news that Hasbro had partnered with Wizkids. We're hoping we'll see a full on Heroclix-Hasbro universe. Wizkids has branched out into non-superhero properties before, and they're getting ready to start a whole line of Wrestling Heroclix as well. So it's certainly possible.

 

Well I'm glad someone likes it. I think those colors could work, but the way they were utilized on the toy looks terrible to me. It was designed by a kid though so maybe I should lay off. If you wanted one of these there are only 10 in the world, as it was a lucky draw figure, so good luck.

 

Yeah, that's not happening if he's that rare. I just think that the color scheme is harmonious.

 

Well if You have a spare Optimus laying around you could always paint it up in those colors, or get one of these Wiz Kid models and paint it up in those colors. I'd love to see it!
