I just got confirmation that mine is in my mailbox right now.

Initial release is today. Anyone seeing an 8/28 release date probably didn't get an order in soon enough and has to wait on a restock which should happen on 8/28.

Also the large black square at the bottom is a collection of Micromasters, and the small black square is the Soundwave Spy Patrol. Can't tell who that is next to Starscream though. The feet don't match the seeker mold.

 

I need more Autobots. Got Springer on the way soon, but they're still a bit thin on the ground.

 

Walmart is clearing out some stuff right now. I got Firedrive and Blowpipe for my son for $3.00 each.  

 

My overpriced Wal-Mart is finally trying to rid of the leader classes.

 

Thundercracker tomorrow ...but I'll be camping at Great Sand Dunes National Park so he'll have to sit at my desk waiting for me to return to the office.

 

The only thing that springs to mind now having this guy in my hands is: We are definitely living in another golden age for Transformers. Just wow!

My head canon is he is Captain Thundercracker and his Seeker subsquad is the Rainmakers. Either way 4 Seekers in less then a week. Redwing and Skywarp I’m coming for you!

I know he’s just a pallet swap but damn it all if it doesn’t look amazing. Blue, grey, black, and a splash of red makes all the difference apparently. It helps that he is my favorite Seeker.



Also got a new style of panel lining pen for Jetfire. He is coming along quite nicely.



Lastly my Ultra Magnus Kits came in from Tfsafari... did a little color matching on the leg extenders, and the Dr. Wu fillers look great!

anyone know whats happening with kapow and siege wave 3? ive lost track of whats been pushed back

 

Hasbro UK have delayed Springer and Jetfire to the end of August I believe. Forbidden Planet seemed to be selling Brunt, Red Alert and Reflector today so I assume they are in the process of being shipped out

 

Thundercracker arrived, and he and Starscream have been Face/Off’ed.

 

I really hope the mystery package I have coming Saturday is my Rainmakers. I fucking love this mold!!!

 

Sigh, the Rainmakers were revealed a week or so before they were out so I didn't have time to budget. Therefore, I'll probably get Thundercracker and Sports Car Patrol ordered Halloween time.

 

Its funny how awesome this mold has been. I say that because honestly, I haven't liked most of Hasbro's Starscream molds for the last few years but even though this mold is not perfect its just so damn good. It's a pleasure to transform, it has a very nice level of heft to it and its super, friggen posable.

I am 10000% confident that Has/Tak have an earth-mode design already developed and if this is what we're getting in tetrajet mode, I cannot wait to see the eventual fighter jet....

 

I always thought that was kind of a dick move by the Autobots. "Oh, well he got frozen in ice...no need to spend any effort to rescue him."
A few episodes later, they need air transport. "Hey, maybe we can use that guy we abandoned in the arctic a while back?"
