Yeah, same here. For example, when I started collecting I figured I was gonna get my 3 favourite dinobots in masterpiece: Slag, Grimlock and Snarl. Now I have 7.  

 

Can't remember if I posted about this here or not but I came across one of my pictures being claimed by someone on Facebook(think it was transfans page that I saw it on) they added their watermark to the picture which was clearly one of mine haha, here is a screenshot of the watermark pic and my original. Got to say I was flattered that someone though my picture was good enough to steal and claim as their own

I also love the boxart and have my boxes displayed behind each of them. I have FT MM in the center, & his box doesn't fit, literally as well as aesthetically.

I feel like that's the correct response. I never understood the people who get all upset over stolen pics. I mean if you weren't selling it or profiting in any way, then what's the big deal? I'm not the most prolific artist but I never bother watermarking any of my pics - if I ever saw one being sold on a T-shirt, I'd be flattered, not upset. Now if I were actively trying to sell T-shirts with the artwork and then I saw somebody else doing it, yeah, that'd piss me off.

Maybe Reprolabels will include the cannons with the sticker sets. They do things like that now. I actually hate Reprolabels on MP figures, but I would buy a set just for the racing stripe on Deathwish. I have too much other stuff going on to paint one on myself.

 

Yeah, I saw they started doing stuff like that- like I noticed they had tailfins for the siege seekers. There's definitely a market for such accessories, although do they do any for 3P TFs?

But keeping with the double barreled cannon thing, XTB said they were doing this. But I wonder about the other two sets? Like is DX9 going to have them with the trailer too? Also, although its doubtful since we haven't see any test shots and its not in the listing, but if FT released Spoiler with the cannon, I feel it would make their entry really stand out. Like if its not going to come with any combiner parts, they should at least have that.

Another thing, I guess this is a matter of opinion, but I feel DX9 is currently in last place of these sets. XTB scratches the itch of people who want MP carbot sized bot modes. But for those who want seeker-sized Stunticons, the FT versions look better to me. I feel the only advantage DX9 may have is that I believe their Motormaster will be MP10 sized like XTBs, so with their bigger limb bots, it may satisfy people who don't want MM to be much bigger than the rest of the team? He'll only be a head taller, while the XTB and FT sets have a leaderbot who's at least two full heads taller than them.

 

Yes, totally agree, but there's no official news from XTB, right ?

I saved this from a fair few months back now...i followed it when i needed a replacement part for the XTB Deadend (broken foot) and it worked great, that was maybe 2 months ago.

Good luck - XTB have always come through for me either via retailer or direct. I think postage was $5 to UK for what i needed.

 

My G2 Overheat arrived today. I noticed right out of the box, the gun does not stay pegged securely behind the engine in alt mode. Is this common? Is there a remedy? My G1 Overheat dues not have this issue.

 

My figure is the same way. When it's pegged in the best its crooked, and to straiten it is to make it fall out. Not ideal, but it doesn't bother me too much. It will be in bot mode a good portion of its life. Not sure if there's a fix.

 

I guess the G2 corrected the issues of the G1 has but in exchange gained a new issue. Remnants of the old XTB still rearing its head.
