The bust is part of the combiner. It is used to display some combiner bits (feet, arm canons) when the other figures are being displayed as robot or alt modes.

But when you make the combiner, you use all of it.

Fun fact: the removable block in the chest of the bust included with Vos and Kaon is shaped like Megatron's chest and that has probably been pointed out but it is neat

Notably, the bust is called, per the instructions, as "Bust of Tyrant", Iron Factory's name for Megatron, rather than "Bust of Super Tarn" or whatever it is this Combiner is being called.

 

I think, if you look closely at the combined form, that Tesarus’s upper torso splits in half, and that big black combiner block slots in there.

 

Has anyone here ever asked IF for replacement parts? One of the thumbs on Vos' 3mm accepting hands is cracked and I am worried

 

Contact your vendor, send them a pic, and ask them to mail a replacement part.

 

I thought the industry jargon was 'dongnance'.

 

I will still say there is a missed opportunity in not having cross compatibility with Bruticus limbs and the Tarnation limbs. I want my scramble city dammit.

Sure. The background is white paper. Lighting is from 3 desk lamps with tracing paper as diffusers. Cheap setup, but it gets the job done.
