The code just worked for me. Had taken the survey and I’m a premium member.

 

I tried it again today and it’s working now. I was able to pre order the marvel legends Giant Man using the code.

About 2 or 3 weeks i shipped my barricade and finally got something on the mail

 
On the bright side its ksi sentry a bot ive been wanting to army build so now i have a 2nd ksi sentrys at the cost of 1 barricade

 

LOL I contacted them about my damaged Ectotron. They offered me a prepaid shipping label and said they'd send another Ectotron right out to me (within 21 days). When I said that the figure was already sold out on their website he told me that he had special abilities to get me sold out items. When I laughed at that he got very irritated and said that I didn't know how their business worked. I agreed and told him about my and many others' experiences about returning an item back and never getting the same item back in exchange and he said that was because they weren't dealing with him. I laughed again and told him that I guess I was OK with no exchange.

tl;dr: Gilbert at HasbroPulse customer service apparently has god-like abilities, but they are thus far unproven.

When the PotP line was just gearing up, I foolishly ordered Voyager Starscream because I had a small coupon and an itch for a new figure. Wisely heeding the reviews that were flooding in about him, I quickly changed my mind and called HTS to cancel the order.

I got an agent who blithely (and, I have a strong feeling, falsely) proclaimed Starscream her daughter's "favorite" and that I would regret canceling the order because he'd be "in high demand" and "hard to find on shelves" soon.

Cut to several months later, when I finally relented and snagged myself a PotP Starscream...

On shelves. Clearance shelves. Clearance shelves stuffed chock-a-block with the pinheaded, moon-booted, Popeye-armed seeker. For $5.00.

Yeah, I am not fond of salespeople as a rule.

I regret not ordering Lancer when she was in stock. Now my inner completionist is bugging me when I look my Orthia combiner squad, one mate short.   I don't want to overpay for her either outside of 19.99 and free shipping lol. Oh well.

My nine year old daughter loved her birthday present from me. She already had Elita-1 from Christmas but the other five girls joined up...



I helped her transform them all and then combine them (along with Chromia) and she put them on the display next to mine. She transformed her arms officially (left) and mine has the butt flaps behind the elbows. I need to find my Chromia and experiment on a way to connect her...

So uh, Unicron hasn't moved much since it passed 2000. Could be a bad sign, or just a slow period (it is about the time where rent is due). The only concerning thing was I have seen the number go down, though it was only by one. We'll see what happens.

I watched it last night to this morning...Last night it was at 2088. This morning it was 2082. Now back to 2090. I really dont want it to happen. I'd love the figure but asking fans to pay out $600 in a months notice with just dropping like 20 exclusives, on top of SDCC that week, is ridiculous. No mainline figure should ever hit over $200.

Yeah, I'm still salty the general release didn't come with that rifle.

 

It’s a nice rifle but man I wish there was a way to store the yellow gun in vehicle mode.

 

Why? It’s not like 99% of everything Hasbro offers is under $200. They only release one over $100 figure a year. Unicron will likely not occur again. Why are some fans bothered by a figure that is not targeting them. Do you buy every figure Hasbro produces? Does every figure that you don’t like bother you

 

Yep thinking the same thing. Seems to be some sort of "if I can't have it, no one should be able to get it" mentality, which is just sad.

 

This figure isn't about me and what bothers me. It's about making a figure for a mainline series that is out of the price range for 95% of your fans. Hasbro/Takara has the masterpiece line for those fans. Regardless of this being an original once in a lifetime build, but it will be part of the War for Cybertron line. And that alienates a lot of consumers. People automatically look at what I am saying and respond, "Oh you can't afford it so no one should have it." Which really shows how immature and irrational people are being. I have the money now. I am getting $3500 check on Friday for selling my 2nd car and will have extra income not paying tax and insurance on another vehicle. It's the fact it's a $600 toy. It's going to take hours to transform. It's going to take up a lot of space. I don't have a PS4 because it's $300. There is no reason it should be that price. And I would get more playtime and use with a PS4 than Unicron. That $600 is more than my mortgage. Yes, I may spend $600 on other figures throughout the year, but put that in perspective. You can buy 30 siege deluxe figures with that money. Or 20 voyagers. Or 12 Leaders. That is almost every leader class figure from Siege back through Titans return. That's 4 titan class figures. And all I think about is the big expensive MP BW Megatron where he had a big broken crotch. This figure isn't for the fans. It's for the GREED of Hasbro. And I won't support it. It's a bad precedent for the future of the franchise.

And to answer your question, no, it doesn't bother me for figures missing from my collection. I don't have Grand Max, Greatshot, and a lot of the Japanese series. But hey, I don't like the Unicron trilogy line either. But I know they have their place to the fans just as much. To each their own. So with that said, if you want me to respect your opinion that they should make the figure, respect mine that they SHOULDN'T make the figure.

As I just pointed out in my last post. You immediately come here and say oh he can't afford it, he's being bitter. You have no clue who I am, or my mentality. This world is a very sad place when people just cut others down because they don't like opinions that differ from their own.
