I think that right thigh chip is, unfortunately, pretty common. I have one too (though it's not as apparent). I only transformed him once and I noticed it. It's almost as if the spray wasn't applied as heavily there or something. I've seen lots of promotional pics of people's figs with the same chip in the same exact spot. The Chosen Prime's in-stock photos had the same thigh and foot rub.

Transformed mine, need to do the shave mod on Drag Strip but otherwise no issues.

It is incredibly stupid that we are required to shave down the seam of the buttflap... but it freaking does the trick! I did, however, manage to transform the shoulders without any issues. Overheat is incredibly fiddly, a lot of clearance issues and having to squeeze armatures, panels and joints passed each other... but boy howdy does he look fantastic in bot mode!

Really digging the G2 Overheat. The blue paint is super nice. The tolerances at the shoulders and front end flap are much easier to work with. Just transformed them 1 after another, and the front end of G1 is a little nerve racking, much better on G2. I was also able to swap the faces using the Japanese Industrial Standard screwdrivers (thanks again @ChromeMagnus) . I thought the screw on the back of the G1 head was stripped, but it still functions.
    Lots of fun! IMG_20190728_075848.jpg IMG_20190728_075308.jpg IMG_20190727_192547.jpg

I'd still do the shoulder mod as a preventative measure just in case.

We'll see. I plan to leave these guys in bot mode til I get XTB's Motormaster which could still be a long ways off from release.

    In the meantime...

Still gotta decide where I want to place Drag Strip's Decepticon insignia. Left shoulder or dual insignias on the top of the forearms.

Barring Canada Post doing something dumb, I will have Deathwish tomorrow evening. Along with a couple G1 carbots for another collection. Going to be a big Monday

I appreciate the massive response. Thank you.
The tires are adding to the resistance. So much so, that the shoulder leaves an impression on the rubber.
I took off the tire and you are correct about the bar. It still takes an uncomfortable amount of force to rotate. I may look into cutting/filing it down.

The stripes are so 80's it's awesome. I would've liked to have seen that from the factory.

I have yet to transform my Dead End, and from all these reports of breakage.. do I want to? lol

I got them around (though I didn't use it, thank you for the suggestion).

Finally my Deathwish and Overheat shipped by Netclow are arrived.
I have just finished to transform them, I can say that my copies are OK, no paint issues or stress marks.
I have just 2 problems: I can't split Deathwish, due to the well-known peg issue, I should fix it, I will do it when I will combine them.
The second problem (already solved) was the folding issue with the Deathwish front part: just cutted a little bit the foldable part before the transformation. Nothing broken.
At the end they are so cool.
    P. S. if someone needs the Savant head, just type me. I will just the money to cover the shipping cost. IMG_20190729_145915.jpg

Just saw this on their weibo. If G2 Deadend is released in Oct then can we expect Gravestone to be released in Nov or Dec or 1st Qt 2020?

At this point, I could see XTB releasing G2 Gravestone first. I don't know why @ibot has gone silent on Gravestone. All 4 limbs are out. The only thing left is Gravestone. Show us the Gravestone and we will show you the money.

Really hoping that we can get a glimpse this Aug. Even a picture of Gravestone from the back would do!

I mean, G2 Deathwish isn't coming out until October because that's when TFCon DC is and the G2 releases have always coincided with the a con.

But yeah, given the amount of time between G2 Dragstrip and G2 Deathwish's releases, it woulda been nice if Gravestone came out between them. Hopefully we'll get some new test shots between now and October, and maybe even a November/December release date, with G2 Gravestone being released at the first big Con of 2020.

Not sure if you've found anything yet but if you still need those micro screws, you might want to check Menards (if you have one near you). I went to ours and asked at my wife's prompting and I was amazed when the guy showed up in the hardware aisle they had two huge boxes (the kind with drawers) full of TINY screws. All kinds of threads and heads...you name it. I was able to fix a Fans Toys item perfectly and I grabbed a bunch of extras to have them on hand. They come in little tiny baggies.

You can still get those at Hobby Lobby. Just poke around in their section where all the Star Wars and Marvel stuff is. I got that one last year and they have a really cool Optimus on a black background with schematics and other things. Worth a trip to Hobby Lobby if you've never been just to get those for a display room. :)

I love the white shelves too. I did a whole room like you did and my wife was like "It's way too white and stark in here with cream walls too" and I said "Yeah but once the shelves are full, it'll be a riot of color and look great!" and it did. Also the white shelves IMO helps to "brighten" up the displays and not have them looking like they're in shadows. You don't see as much dust as you do on the black ones either. :p

Mine had the exact same chips in EXACTLY the same spots right out of the box. It's an issue with some of the figures and not a hamfist thing.

    Thanks buddy :)
I'm italian, so Menard does not exist in my country, but there is something similar, like Leory Merlin or Brico Io :)
For screws, i hope to find out something to fix in these hobby points :)
    Thanks again my friend

Finally Dead End arrived and the team is kind of complete. I think for now Lonewolf looks well with these other guys.
Thanks for all the good tips so that none of my stunticons broke during transformation. :)

Lonewolf certainly scales more accurately with them than Roadking does.
