Dungeons & Dragons was an awesome LJN line. I loved those figures as a kid. Thundercats was definitely their golden age. Tigersharks were awesome too though. I'm in the same boat as waiting for prototypes. Mattel throwing the classics line away was too painful after waiting so long. I won't even consider being interested until they show prototypes. I'll be 100% in at that point though.
I almost hope it isn’t classics though, I don’t have any of those figures... I don’t think Super 7 would reissue all of the ones Mattel did, maybe just a few.
The best chance for items like those might be if Mega Construx got a license to make Thundercats to compliment the MotU line. A Mega Thundertank could even be made large enough to hold the entire group. Yet I always thought of them as being connected in the same universe. Was Silverhawks really a hit though?
It definitely wasn't on the same level as the Thundercats. It got 65 episodes and merchandise, but it seems to have ridden on the strength of Thundercats which came first.
Back in the day LJN did make Cats Lair. It was badly under scaled but for good reason. I only ever saw pics of in the JC Penny and Sears wish books. Never saw that at retail.
Yep,......same thing I'm thinking,.....ok I've heard it before but i need to see results not text but plastic in hand.
Oh hell! I never wanted any Thundercats figures but that whole presentation looks too tempting. Where and how much are these supposed to be.
I'm sure they'll be on Super7's website and from online retailers that sell S7 products. Not sure when but I'd imagine they'll be $35 each from S7 direct, $50 each elsewhere
A friend sent it to me via text. I asked where he found the pic he said Facebook. Damn, I really wanted these to be real. I don't have any social media accounts but I checked S7's IG from my brothers phone and nothing from them on these. Bah! You're most likely correct. Sorry guys.
