20190710_061005.jpg Good Day, eh? This is my version of Gobots Pincher, which was made from a variety of parts. I finally got some half decent pictures of this guy that I would actually show off! The base figure was a Ratbat from the Ratbat/Springer 2 pack, upon which I did some creative carving under the cockpit section to fit the modified Generations Waspinator head in ship mode. His lower arms/claws are from a junker BW Razorclaw, with Bayverse Nightbeat's upper arms serving as the...upper arms. The wings are from a Bionicle dragon, if I remember correctly, and the back was possibly from one of those simplified movie Slug's, and finally, the tail fin thingie was from a TFP Hardshell. It was painted using Citadel Paints: Midnight Blue, Blood Red, and Burnished Gold (With Gold Sharpie Pen for booboos), and sealed with a liberal amount of Future Floor Polish. I had a lot of fun making this guy, hope you enjoy! C & C welcome, thanks for looking!

That's really neat to see people doing the more obscure Gobots, good job man! :)

An outstanding representation of a wholly nonsensical altmode. I approve.

Man, I really dig this. Both modes are truly monstrous. That head is perfect. Love the Gobots, and this does them proud!

I did a double-take on the thread date because it's got such a "classic Radicons" feel to it. You don't see too many customs this clever anymore.

Love it, the alt mode is like a crazy steampunk sea plane!

    Thanks, man!
Thanks! I'm hoping to do all of the monster themed Gobots. I basically did Vamp, calling it this: Heavy/Scratch: - Monsterbot Warlock But I am planning a better homage to Vamp, I just need all the right pieces. I'm currently working on Klaws and Scorp, which I hope to post within a week or so!
Thank you! I do love the weird factor of the originals, and hope to keep capturing it in my own versions!
    Thank you!
    Thanks! Glad you like it!
Thanks, man! Hope to see your version soon; I wanna see your take on the character!
Thank you! I really like your work as well! Hoping to see more giant cassette bots soon!
Thank you! I am rather pleased with this one myself! Definitely getting a lot of mileage with Waspinator heads!
Thanks for the compliments! Glad you dig it!
Thanks! I guess it does have that kinda look for sure with the pontoon-like legs!

Thanks! I had to mess around a bit to get a ship mode that I liked, but this was one of my favorites to build so far!

I love how that gold looks against the midnight blue. Superb update of the original toy! Well done! :thumb

Nice work. Would the the "Beast Hunters Megatron" figure have worked?

Thank you! I tried my best emulate the color scheme of the original, opting to leave out the silver in favor of more gold detailing. I may touch it up a bit still.
Thanks, and 100% agreed! They don't get enough love! I bought the DVD's a while ago, and still need to watch them one day, lol
Thank you! Now that you mention it, I actually made an OC using BH Megs, with a few paint changes, and a Beast Wars B'Boom mutant head, as I cannot unsee Jim Varney every time I look at it's face, lol. I should post that today, actually!
